What is it about e-coli, other than quantity?
E-coli can be found in each and every human’s intestines all the time. The body knows how to deal with it... at least in small quantities.

We eat Romaine almost every day....had some last night. From Trader Joes, whole, organic. I rinse in water with vinegar...sheesh.

I’ve had e-coli.
It isn’t fun or pretty.
Hurts like h@@l, lasts about a week.
We jettisoned our romaine lettuce; will eat ice cream instead.
No salad dressing, though.

It’s ok to eat your Caesar salad today! No worries, just boil the salad in 8 cups of water for 15 minutes at least. Drain and enjoy!
