WokeTards and RedTards are going to find out their are opportunity costs and externalities when you shut down the world's mightiest economy.

That said, the Post is full of rubbish. If a semester of home schooling sets education back 30 years (a generation) then the educational system is in much worse shape than one could ever imagine.

We home-schooled our youngest when we were moving several times across a year. I didn’t do it for any other reason than it would have been too disruptive to have him start in four different schools. North Carolina is excellent with home schooling.

If anything, our son learned much deeper material than he ever did in school. When he finally re-entered public school, he was far ahead of his peers.

I believe having no school is better, since they are being indoctrinated into liberalism and Anti-Americanism at school.

Schools are terrified that many of these kids won’t return because parents will realize the benefits of home education.

I’ll mention the same to a couple of my kids, the editorial assistant and the Astronautical Engineer.

“I hope when the parents find out the kids get the lessons done in 3 hours that they’ll raise hell about why the school day is 7 hours long.”

Not far from the truth. Working online my son finishes his work in 2 1/2 hours. He said it was nice not to have to listen to teacher/student Q & A sessions.

Come talk to my kids, One a board certified lawyer, one a CPA, and the third degree from A & M in communications.. All graduatedl Magna Cum Laud. My middle daughter graduated Magna in her masters program my oldest Magna from SMU Law school Magna, and my youngest in her MBA Magna from SMU. Additionally they also attended the music prep school in Nachodoches. Two of the three had senior recitals. They all play piano and violin as well as the oldest plays the cello. I borrowed from my retirement to get them properly educated. I also paid very high school taxes and used not a dimes worth of it in government education schools.
