Yeah I’ve been under 10 grams of carb/day since 4/1/2020.
The first couple of days are bumpy but after that you feel much better, more energy and need a heckva lot less sleep.
I also have moderate asthma and knee pain.
I haven’t noticed that I can breath better yet or less knee pain, but it’s only been a couple of weeks and overall feel much better.
I agree. Ive been doing keto for 14 months. Lost the asthma, gone is hypoglecia, no migraines. Lost The 40 lbs I gained over ten years. And I lost that weight in 2 months! Its easy to maintain this low carb diet. No seed oils. No rice no bread not as much fruit. Fruit has been engineered to basically be a fructose delivery method. I drink a small bit of wine 2 times a week. And all the ribs, steak, fish lobster, crab, butter and dairy, chicken bacon and pork that I desire. And NO sugar. We use monk fruit powder and eritherol.

My sure fire diet. Write down all of the foods you like. Avoid them like the plague because if you like it, it’s obviously bad for you.
