Thank you for the info!
I’m not sure if that’s a good or a bad sign.
This seems never-ending. For Gen. Flynn and family, each day has to be like the day before.

Is the IRS involved some where?
Does anyone have a guesstimate as to when they will rule? I would think it would be before the date Judge Sullivan has scheduled the hearing in the District Court.
Is this Sullivans court or the Appeals court.
What a FARCE.
Armed terrorists in Seattle taking over municipal police stations and extorting residents at the point of a gun, but one “federal judge” wages lawfare against a single defendant accused of not remembering something.
The entire judicial branch is nothing more then a Kafka comedy show now. We all need to just ignore them.
Sorry, I read that as a previous SCOTUS case...JUDGE Sullivan is the target.
Maybe the Appeals Court will rake Sullivan over the coals and request his disbarment.
thank you
How is any court supposed to do its work properly if political hacks turn it into a pay per view style circus?

Let it be good news for a refreshing change.
Harry Reid and Obama went to great lengths to control this court.
\No one expects a fair ruling from the DC Appelate court.

Though there really isn't a controversy, not even the smattering of one, the intellectuals who run the country have driven this case so far off the rails that it wouldn't surprise me if the Court of Appeal rules either to send the case back to Sullivan with an Order to Dismiss (which he can then waste more time) or sends it back to Sullivan to continue feeding Flynn to the lions.
Flynn must be exonerated in a Court of law so that he can participate in government again, protect himself with firearms again, and maybe go after the Obama Coupsters in a Civil case.
