IF we have to correctly use the right pronoun or whatever or face the consequences, I don’t see a problem with my idea.

Before the shutdown when I would go out to restaurants or to shop I would often be referred to as 'boss'.

I found this a bit disconcerting, especially when the person saying this was Black.
