Britney Spears is continuing to assert her right to go topless on social media after a series of racy posts just last week.
On Thursday the 39-year-old pop star shared a video this time of herself clutching her breasts wearing tiny daisy duke shorts.
Sealing the post with 'three kisses' she tilted her head back while baring her chest amid her continued conservatorship war against father Jamie Spears.
The Toxic hitmaker's post comes just one day after documents filed in a Los Angeles Superior Court on July 28 showed that her medical team supported efforts to remove Jamie as conservator of her estate.
Documents obtained by USA Today, maintain that her temporary conservator Jodi Montgomery asserted that her 'medical team agrees that it is not in the best interest of the conservatee for Mr. Spears to be and remain conservator of the estate.'
On Monday her new attorney Mathew Rosengart petitioned to replace her father with Jason Rubin, a certified public accountant.

One of the things that I sort of admire is that through out all these years as Britney was throwing her family under the bus they have not done the same to her.
The father is taking a lot of heat. If they disclosed all they have been through with her shenanigans it would give a clearer picture

Fans of Spears are certainly not “sycophantic.” They genuinely see a star that has been exploited and possibly trafficked.
That’s why entertainment shows like TMZ are attacking Spears’ fans.
Spears is the canary in the coal mine. She’s going to expose all the evil that’s been happening in the music industry.
Poor girl no longer knows what “normal” is.

That in itself points to the fact that the father’s conservatorship having been a failure.
He’s been pimping her out since early childhood and that will never change as long as he retains control.
That is not to say that Britney will do better on her own, but she might have a chance to grow and mature under a different conservator. Pretty sure she will be a train wreck on her own again.

That being said, Britney Spears really should lay low while dealing with the courts.
And just because she puts erotic photos of herself out there doesn't mean we have to look.
