A man who was given six months to live with an inoperable form of cancer claims he is alive today due to a low-carb keto diet.

Pablo Kelly decided to reject traditional and recommended treatments in favor of a meat and fat-heavy diet after he was diagnosed with a brain tumor.

The dad, from Plymouth, first noticed something was wrong when he began to suffer headaches. Then, after trying to ignore the pain, Pablo suffered a seizure at work before being rushed to hospital.

I’ll take the excess skin over diabetes and everything else you can suffer from drinking soda.

...in favor of a meat and fat-heavy diet

This is my normal diet, always has been. Of course, high quality meat
with no antibiotics or added hormones, no nitrates or nitrites added.
In addition, complex carbohydrates, cruciferous and root vegetables.

Same here. Three eggs in butter with whole fat yogurt and berries for breakfast. Sardines and raw nuts for lunch. Dinner is meat, poultry or fish with green veggies in olive oil. All meat pasture raised or grass fed. Haven’t been sick in decades and rarely see a doctor

My mom with late stage systemic cancer went all fruit and veggie juicing

It stopped and slowed the cancer

I think it fools and slows cancer which sucks up your nutrition front of the line over healthy cells

She got an extra six months I think

Brain tumors doesn’t matter if malignant or not

Benign also eat up useful tissue in a confined space

Equally deadly pretty much

Nice.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the Sardines, about 2-3 cans a
week (olive oil or mustard). I do cook my eggs in butter and
use a lot of olive oil as well.

I purchase 99% of my meat, poultry and fish from Wild Fork Foods or Butcher Box.

I have a 77 year old friend whose PSA was pretty high. He did away with sugar in his diet and he said it dropped to 2.
