On March 3, only two days after former WI Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman and Thomas More Lawyer Erick Kaardal testified before the WI Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections, they appeared on a podcast with 100 Percent Fed Up’s Patty McMurray and the Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft where they discussed the findings of Justice Gableman’s final report on potential voter fraud in the 2020 election.

The 100 Percent Fed Up – Gateway Pundit podcast with Justice Gableman and Erick Kaardal can be seen here:

The people here claiming the election would be decertified are idiots. How could anyone believe this could happen? Just because it’s “right” doesn’t mean a state or a court is going to do it.

So? De-certify and let’s find out at the SCOTUS if it is allowed.

That's a fact. Better for them to deny the truth and pretend it never happened.

That's how principled the institutions are.

So the bank makes a mistake and deposits $10M in my account, I take it out and spent it all. Two years later they discover their mistake and nothing is going to happen to me. Bull shit, and anybody who says you can’t undo a fraudulent election should be swinging from a tree. I have such hate for these people!

Trump's Space Force has the real election results.

Trump won with over 100 million votes and 43 states (Even including CA).

Military is the only way.

Where did you come up with that deluded scenario?

It depends how wise you are when you spend it.

If I decided to go that route they would not ever find me so therefore nothing would happen to me.

(but I would not. Most likely I would put it in a cd at their bank and negotiate to keep whatever interest I accrued.)

Did I see a headline the other day that Justice (non-Justice today) would be going after election “deniers” with the full weight of the corrupt government? This pisses me off and don’t get me wrong but could it be that could have something to do with it or or they just so anti-Trump and fall in line with the other RINO’s that don’t want to appear siding with the “right” side? I hate these people!!!

-- So? De-certify and let's find out at the SCOTUS if it is allowed. --

The way I see it, the question of a state withdrawing its conclusion has two parts. First, withdrawing the conclusion and then "so what?" Not a flippant "so what" but what actually are the ramifications?

That question lands in Congress, and Congress has no obligation to accept anything a state says or withdraws. There may be an obligation under the law, but Congress blows off the law all the time. Nothing the people can do about it.

Courts aren't going to step in on this sort of question. The most they'd do is take the case and declare the issue belongs in Congress.

But first a state has to declare its conclusion and electoral votes were improvidently sent.

I never expect a government to be honest or to do the right thinbg. It is contrary to the nature of government.

Its not that they cannot decertify, they just don’t want to do it.

According to lawyer Robert Barnes, the Supreme Court has ruled, no election once certified can be uncertified. Otherwise, no elected official would ever serve out his term. Every election would be a continuous court fight until the next election.

I will say this is analogous to an imprisoned innocent person who a judge acknowledges their innocence but is kept in prison. The unjustness of law now dominating our courts in this country is infuriating and I’m sure I’m not alone in saying so. Way too many of our front line law enforcement officers have evolved into nothing more than uniformed little tin god thugs!

Ok, if there’s no consequences, then we cheat next time.

Not gonna happen, and impossible

Impossible because republicans don't know how to cheat and have higher morals and ethics.

Not gonna happen because, democrats know how to fight against republicans cheaters better than republicans know how to fight cheating.

Besides, undoing what's been done in the election, would create a constitutional crisis, and the SCOTUS would rule against it.

That doesn't mean that the events can't be made known to the whole world to, hopefully, guard against similar events in the future. But, it's going to be next to impossible to stop the cheating by democrats, because, they otherwise would lose most elections and would lose power ever-after.

Not sure if it made a headline, but supposedly DHS considers election deniers to be domestic terrorists. To dispute the election outcome on any basis is to attempt to discredit the government.
