No. It is a direct argument that is generally unfavorable about most all abortions, but can see the possibiity for strict exceptions only in cases of rape and incest. There is nothing “straw man” about it. There is nothing asking abortion to be open for any other reason, and it is not suggesting abortion “should be” used in cases of rape or incest, only that I would permit them as strict exceptions on the choice of the female.
I would think there are exceptions for life of the mother, and I would imagine a 10 year old would qualify. I can’t imagine the toll on her body.
I’m sure reasonable legislatures will come up with reasonable exceptions in a short time.
The story seems a tad on the nose.
I guess it could be true but since rape/incest pregnancy make up less than 1% of abortions it hardly seems like something to change the laws of a state over. What’s next? outlaw going outside when its raining because someone MIGHT be hit by lighting?

I spent thirty plus years dealing with Physicians. I know of what I speak. These devils are evil! Good Physicians treat their patients, they do not exploit them for an agenda.

No. I am not saying that. I am only saying I understand the extreme difficulty of the female in that position. It is still abortion, but like capital punishment in criminal offenses, it is an exception for “murder” we might make. Yes, it is horrible choice the female will have to live with, and G-d willing will come to peace and forgiveness with G-d over the rest of her life. But at the time, I can understand how the trauma of the female can lead her to that choice. We can pray that G-d will rescue the unborn child at the end of this age, and in time rescue the mother as well.
So 63,000,000 isn’t enough!
