A new scientific study claims to have found little to no health risks related to eating red meat. The study says previous studies that claimed there was a link between red meat consumption and health issues are based on "weak evidence."
Researchers at the University of Washington’s Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) released a study titled: "Health effects associated with consumption of unprocessed red meat: a Burden of Proof study." The paper was published in Nature journal in October.
The scientists declared, "We found weak evidence of association between unprocessed red meat consumption and colorectal cancer, breast cancer, type 2 diabetes, and ischemic heart disease. Moreover, we found no evidence of an association between unprocessed red meat and ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke."

Pretty much every piece of nutritional advice you’ve ever heard has been BS. It’s all just marketing crap paid for by the firms that produce “good stuff” — like tofu, seed oil, fake meat, and margarine.
Imagine that! Could have knocked me over with a Beer Brat sausage.
Its OK to eat meat. Duh!
The coffee back and forth never stopped me from drinking it.
“Note that unprocessed meat was studied.”
Save the processed meats like spam or Chef borwhatever for the dems to feed on.
So, the chicken bone won’t get stuck in my throat when I eat the leg bone and all? Is that what they’re saying?
Bacon too?
I have always known this was liberal BS. They simply want to get us to stop eating meat because they think that will help save the planet or the poor animals.
And they lied to achieve that goal the same as they are lying about CO2 causing man-made global warming. It’s all BS to try to force an agenda on us.
My doctor says I’m not getting enough bacon.
Genesis 18. The Lord ate meat and it’s good enough for me.
10,000 years human civilization has proven the same
I have never stopped eating rare sirloin steaks.

Well, it hasn’t killed me in 75 years.
Ya don’t say.
“Unprocessed” does not, however, mean that you don’t have to wait until the critter is dead first. It’s a very important step.
And how much did this cost me?
