I thought it was illegal to say meat is healthy for people?
Oh wait, that doesn’t come into effect until June.
(just kidding...but don’t be surprised if I end up being right)
By the way, Europe is in the process of eliminating meat, so they certainly don’t want people now thinking that meat is actually healthy.

Same here except for the rain.....then last night had a 5 Guy’s burger. Which is a super rare occurrence for me.
Red meat wise I’m good until around July 2023. 😏

“Dr. Paul Saladino, another well-known advocate of the carnivore diet, has diverged a bit from his earlier stance and now integrates foods like fruit and honey, up to 250 grams of carbohydrates a day.”
Not quite a ‘divergence’, more like drinking sugar all day.
Diverging might be 50 grams (Keto is generally 20 grams, and Carnivore might be 5 grams).

“... really low in omega-6 fat...”
At this rate, they’ll have it all figured out by the year 2500.

If I could get a prescription and my insurance would pay for it, I would give it a go. Walking by the meat counter is enough to give you a heart attack!

There’s some goodness there. The “In the Home” tab had a few good recipes.

Considering regular commercial grain fed beef doesn’t have the best nutrient profile for this and grass fed is optimal that really changes the price equation
If I were to do meat only it would require about 3lbs a day and 4 on some
Mix of half grass fed hamburger and half steak or roast would put my cost at about 40-60$ a day
