Absolutely!
Our current favorite is to mix Stubb’s Sticky Sweet with Ernest Hemingway’s Havana bbq sauce. Mr. FF usually does a dry rub first on the meat (pork, beef chicken, it’s all good). He puts them on the smoker, often using pecan chips, then lathers the sauce combination on as he smokes the meat. It’s a bit of Heaven!

Mustard based is pretty good, too.
I grew up on Sonny’s, which you may have where you live. I get a good hankering for it when I get back to Gator town. I love their version of Brunswick stew.

Growing up in eastern Iowa, we had a combo of St Louis style, and Kansas city. For pork, I prefer that. For beef, Texas style.

I just told the hubs that it National BBQ day and he opened up his eyes really big with big ole smile! Said he’s gonna go pull a pork tenderloin out of the freezer right now. Gonna have some good eats tonight!
I make pretty good collards, if I do say so myself. I’ll have to run out for some corn on the cob, too. Homemade cole slaw will round it out. Great dinner suggestion, thanks!
