I am wondering just who might have paid for this study?
Not that Harvard is credible anymore...but isn’t it interesting how a low carb diet is becoming more and more accepted, yet academia and ‘the science’ still refuses to call for the retraction of the Food Pyramid?

Thing is, I’ve been doing Keto, and eating more veggies than ever, along with the meat.
Gee, a Harvard study that supports the global warming diet of plant based proteins. Quelle surprise. Fortunately for us, no Harvard study is credible these days.
Depends on the veggies.
yes
and cooking more
no prepared/processed foods
Sorry....if it’s from Haaaaaavard, it’s questionable.
If someone doesn’t trust Harvard read atkins. He was a guru and when he died people started to recognize him.
In the past, the unhealthy version of low carb was 300g of carb per day which is no where near low carb. Real studies are at the fringes and not allowed in regular academia.
Everybody knows that all you have to do to lose weight is to simply stop eating completely until the weight is off.
It’s simply burning more calories than ingesting - so if you ingest zero calories, you will do nothing ut burn and lose the weight.
After a week or ten days of zero calorie intake, you will have lost 5, or 10 pounds and then you can eat again.
So simple.
Jewish people too?
JAMA report: “The PREDIMED-Plus trial28 combined the energy-restricted Mediterranean diet (37.2% carbohydrates, with a special emphasis of carbohydrate intakes from whole grains) with physical activity over a year and found that participants experienced a mean weight loss of 3.2 kg (7.05 lbs), compared with 0.7 kg (1.6 lbs) in the control group (39.3% carbohydrates).”
Sure. Just in time to support the push to reduce meat.
I was in the hospital recently. I talked with a surgeon who mentioned that ozempic cause a lot of people to come in every week and have their gall bladder removed.
AGREED! You're "right as rain".. I've been on the Carvivore diet ( Dr. Ken Berry, M.D. ) and among MANY improved health benefits ( proven by Blood & Urine Test Numbers, LOW A1C, LOW Triglycerides, etc ) I have also LOST 55 pounds effortlessly while on Carnivore.
TRUTH: I feel 20 years younger, POSITIVE attitude, and have LOTS more ENERGY these days!
THANK YOU Dr Ken Berry, M.D. - Nashville, TN... Anyone, Check him out for yourself on Youtube.
...she's going on 95 y/o...lots of pasta, potatoes....
...no doctor in 40 years(until recent...they deemed her healthier than her 5 kids).
Low-carb works (I've tried it), just don't fall off the wagon...as (speaking for myself) it works best when you first try it, after....not so much. Almost like your body figures out what you did, and doesn't burn the fat at nearly the same rate.
Who funded the study? Was it climate change activists?
