Yet another sterling example of homosexuals attempting to force private organizations to bend to their perverted will.
I hope to God that the courts recognize that a private school bears the right to refuse service to anyone.

Expect the same sort of lawsuits if same sex marriages are legalized and a church refuses to perform a ceremony for such an abomination.
Same with same sex married couples who seek to have church memberships.

I think we should have a constitutional amendment to guarantee the right of freedom of association. The right should not be abridged under any circumstances.
It is far too easy to sue in this country. The legal profession has become an extortion industry that is growing like a cancer.
We need to do something to discourage this sort of thing.

Homosexuality is unbiblical. It's a Satanic ritual. Why would a school teaching the word of God even consider opening the doors for them? Are they nuts, too?
Let them start their own School of Satan. Then all the homo kids will have a bath house of their own to learn in.
Personally, I wouldn't let the child of a homo near my kids, either. I'd tell them to get lost and to stay away from my children.

What's amazing is that you've got people who honestly believe that homosexuals only want equal rights. These perverts could go to any other school, even public but they decide to go to a Catholic school, probably HOPING to get turned down so they can force their will onto the school.
I sure hope the school wins but I don't have too much hope, given all these activists judges, forcing their liberal garbage onto everyone!

By allowing this ridiculous law suit, the state of Oregon is hindering the freedom of religion. Lawyers who file such law suits should have their license removed and have to pay the school for all their costs due to this fascist action.
Homosexuals want to rewrite the Bible but the courts have to abide by the first amendment by law. Parents have the right to bring up their children in their religious beliefs. The first amendment trumps any "diversity" rights.
Oregon is full of druggies and moonies, though, so who knows what will happen.

IMO they should have informed of doctrine and took the kid though.
To: freedom44
I gotta wonder how they went about this. I imagine them opening a phone book to look for a Catholic school, go there, and then proceed to sue.

This poor little girl is the lesbian's sacrificial lamb. These perverts could care less about where she goes to school, they're using her to make a political statement.

I have this image of 16th century Spain and a couple of female perverts telling the priests, "OK, us lesbos want you to do it this way!"
"What are the tribunal's instructions, Fra. Jacobo?"
"Set up two stakes and see if you can't find some of the slow burning tinder."

Well since the Oregon Archdiocese has filed bankruptcy I don't see them getting a dime.
Good for the Catholic Church to stick to doctrine.
When are these folks choosing alternative lifestyles going to understand that somethings are not yours to have.
It is common sense with our family that not everything in life is doable we live life to the fullest choosing what options we have. That being my son is a medically fragile quadriplegic. We are not accepted everywhere but we are in others.
We don't expect everyone to like us or accept us.
The homosexuals need to balance out their overbearing ways and enjoy life instead of picking sue fights and being victims. THey are choosing to be victims.
They are not winning friends by aleinating those in the community by their actions.

This is nothing more than testing the waters for the first time a church refuses to marry a gay couple.
Newest tactic with these people - if the voters don't do what they want, the government won't do what they want - sue em.

They want HALF A MILLION BUCKS because their child is not allowed into a private school?
*ROFLMAO*...that's nuts.
I mean even if they had a case the monetary demand is ludicrous.
Half a million for hurt feelings?
Well, boo-feckin-hoo-hoo-hoo!

Maybe the school should close, because the parish can't afford the law suit?.
And then the parents of all the children currently attending the school should sue these sorry bitches for denying their children an education?
