The Los Angeles school district has decided to save $140 million by furloughing teachers this year and next year. Officials also voted to shorten the school year by one week. The deal, which still needs to be ratified by the teachers’ union, will save approximately 2,000 jobs.

Mr. RON GOCHEZ (Teacher): I can say with full certainty that we didn’t take the fight to the district as much as we could have. And I, you know, I have to attribute it to our union leadership - or lack thereof.

For where I want to post it, I need more. Drudge himself does not say he's a LA Teacher, he links to the "StandwithArizona" video which makes the claim. Don't see Hot Air, Gateway Pundit or anyone well known yet saying the man in the video is Gochez either.

Not being picky with you...its because of the type of sites I want to disseminate this on that I need to be careful (its been posted on a garden site and got questioned because he was first a University teacher and is now a HS teacher....we all know how libs are...they pick on one thing wrong to obscure the wider truth just as the Soviets did all during the Cold War)

The problem isn’t that he’s lazy. The problem is that he’s employeed by the state while he’s actively trying to destroy that state.

How is that any different than Tom Metzger praising the Skinheads and urging them to do "their duty?" A lawsuit filed by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) bankrupted Metzger because of his influence even though a couple of murdering Skinheads were not even members of Metzger's group but, SPLC said, were influenced by his group's public rantings.

Wot? Oh.. right. It's OK for media darlings to preach death and destruction on Americans. Never mind.

Can you imagine if a white group called “The Race” came about and was angrily spouting hateful and separatist rhetoric? They’d be treated like the Klan by the media elites and rightly so but because its latinos they are a civil rights organization.
