Senator Rand Paul Discusses Potential For Clinton Indictment Based on WikiLeaks Claim

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has stated his organization believes they are in possession of emails which prove Hillary Clinton was aware of the transfer of weapons from Libya, through Turkey, into Syria.

If Assange is accurate, the prior congressional testimony of Clinton becomes another example of her deception and fraud. Rand Paul discusses at the end of this interview segment

To understand the scope of the potential behind the WikiLeaks Assange information, it’s critical to understand the facts in/around Libya and Syria in 2011, 2012 through today. The specifics are outlined in the updated Benghazi Brief.

The “Benghazi Brief” remains the most controversial research report we have ever produced. The brief contains over two years of research and hundreds of very specific factual citations supporting it. Almost two years later, and not a single aspect outlined within the brief has ever been identified as inaccurate.

All that may be true, I don't doubt it ... I grew up on the internet with Mena Airport.

But that doesn't relieve anyone of the responsibility to save human lives when it is possible .... even more so ... deny the help that is requested/needed.

Save human lives?

Zero Footprint- the entire operation they staked the very life of the administration on plausible deniability for their splendid little war - what's a few dozen lives to these people? NOTHING

It was an election year and like now, if the opposition party gets in, something like this getting out could be absolutely ruinous with people goimg to jail.

From both parties.

Saw “Hillary’s America” yesterday. Anyone who views that excellent piece of work and remembers the Clinton Administration surely would want those two to be independently investigated and brought to justice. Otherwise, they will own America and it’s people.

I think the back-up plan, if Trump loses, is that they’d lay out evidence on the table and try to impeach President Hillary by the end of 2017. Just with the Clinton Foundation business....there is enough there.

It doesn't depend on whether there is enough there.

It requires that two thirds of the Senate vote to remove.

If two thirds of the Senate had been on our side, this whole problem could have been solved long ago.

If Trump loses Congress will do nothing. They are all Clinton supporters that will support her rather than Trump.

Congress won't act once Trump assumes office, either. It will be on the shoulders of President Trump and his Attorney General to bring charges and indictments.

In fact, UNIPARTY Congress will resist President Trump in the attempt. It will take the American citizenry screaming LOCK HER (and Obama) UP to force criminal charges and a show trial.

Discuss, discuss, discuss. Is there no one in the entire justice system of the United States who will indict this felon????

Amazing stuff.

I’m thinking the advanced Stinger serial number represents an illegal act of transfer of technology against which our own aircraft are not defended. I think I recall a prohibition on transfer of such weaponry.

I think it is unlikely that an indictment can be issued based on the leaked emails because the chain of custody has been broken. However, the information in the emails could potentially be used to develop a case and seek an indictment. As the defending attorney I might argue that we don’t know if the official government was the source of the leaks from which the case was developed and therefore the case is the fruit from a poisoned tree and can’t be used. If an official policing agency illegally obtained the emails and then laundered them through Wiki anything developed from them can’t be used.

It doesn’t seem to me to be reasonable to expect an entire population to catch a lethal disease (Islam) in order to “protect” or “save” the carriers of that disease. That is what is happening!

Clintoon is a very sick old lady. I doubt anyone would want to indict her. It would be like indicting your sick great grandmother. They’ll have to continue to let her slide and only hope she doesn’t get totally out of control with her crimes.

By the same token, then she is also too old and sickly to run for President...
