Why email them? Just go to:

type in your address, click on the Data tab at the upper left part of the map. You will be prompted to choose a device. From the front page of freedata.io select one of the three devices to choose from: Franklin, ZTE, or Netgear (I chose Netgear). Dial that manufacturer into the drop down menu and see if you have acceptable data signal strength. Then you can make a decision if this service is for you and your area.
What Xactly is Xfinity? Plain old cable?
Comcast treats customers badly, keeps raising the bill all the time, and they play with the packages often telling people that that channel is no longer in your package and you have to move to a more expensive one to get it.
This is all common stuff they do to people on a daily basis.
BINGO! You're getting the full 45mb +/- wide signal via the HDTV antenna that you're NOT getting via cable/satellite (especially Satellite!)
Yeah, did that. Have to get to a Sprint store. I do have Boost mobile Netgear which goes through Sprint but can’t receive a signal at home even though it shows I should.
Where I live, the Sprint website shows strong signal strength but the actual signal strength is *very* sensitive to placement of the Netgear unit. I had to hunt for a place in the house to get what was advertised. Also, the Netgear came with V1.0 of its firmware installed, not the latest. After I upgraded the firmware, the ability of the unit to get signal improved. Unfortunately, there is no external antenna jack on the unit. Sometimes I wonder if the signal strength shown on the website is more marketing rather than technically accurate. Good luck.
I’ll go to a Sprint place near me to see what I can get, in the meantime I’ll still be checking with that freedata.io outfit.
