I agree with you, but American prosecutors obviously do not. False accusation is not usually treated as a serious crime. I'd like to see someone like Heather MacDonald study the subject.
Victim status is so valuable in today's America that many people are willing to lie to get it.

That’s because he’s not honestly debating; he’s engaged in trolling behavior.
One of the key markers of intentional trolling is to demand a response to content the demander hasn’t himself read. I demonstrated above that this individual is doing precisely this.
Another key marker is a demand for links to prove what you assert.
Trolling behavior generally is designed to get the target to put in way way way more effort than the troll in a debate, effort that will be wasted on a dishonest debate partner who never intended to seriously discuss the issue in the first place.
Anyway, if you go over that poster’s posts, he seems remarkably unconservative for someone around as long as he has been. I suspect a hijacked account.

Of course. I can’t imagine anyone that actually watches the video could not help feeling that the LEO went way over the top. She doesn’t appear drunk, but he FINALLY, after playing around with her for what seemed like forever, arrests her for DWI and then puts her in the front seat? I was amazed she kept her cool throughout the ordeal.
Unfortunately, she blew any complaint she had when she thought she could get even by crying rape. I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if that Sean Whatever guy didn’t put her up to it for a payday.
