n allegation that a white Texas state trooper sexually assaulted a black woman last weekend in Waxahachie went viral on social media.
But after the Department of Public Safety published the full body-cam video of the incident, Sherita Dixon-Cole's attorney, Lee Merritt, apologized online and said that the trooper in question had been "falsely accused."

I hope to God Officer Hubbard gets a great legal team who specializes in libel. This wretched woman, the scum lawyer, and fake black guy Shaun King should get their pants sued off for ruining this officer's life and reputation. You cannot put that toothpaste back into the tube.
This is the third one. I should start keeping track.
False accusation of crime should bring on the accuser the same penalty that the crime would’ve brought.
Damn straight. The penalty should be just as severe. Hell, she’s breaking one of the Ten Commandments, even!
“Is this the new “civil rights” protest strategy now; just make bald-faced false accusations against cops and hope for the best?”
Not new - old as the hills. Getting caught on camera is pretty new though. Slam dunk conviction for this false accusation - she should go to jail.
PROSECUTE HER! Unless there are consequences, the false accusations will continue. And PROSECUTE that NAACP Official who accused the other officer, too!
Her LAWYER apologized? Well, she better keep him on retainer because she’s subject to getting her last dollar awarded to the Trooper.
Yes, they need to pay a price. It’s outrageous. Crazy woman got others to pile on with her and it turned into Get Whitey.
Stuff like this is doubly terrible. Not only is it cruel to the officer, but it makes the badge worshiper crowd convinced that cops can never do wrong.
When a woman accuses a man of sexual assault, she is putting his wife, children, family, job, home, belongings, and community standing on the line.
The penalty for this should be a minimum five years in prison. If it were ten, I probably wouldn’t get upset over it.
In this instance, the lie is readily provable. She clearly lied her ass off here.
Toss the book at here.
Destroying him just because he’s a cop and a male, just doesn’t cut it.
I’m no Biblical scholar but this is why I believe “shall not bear false witness” is one of the Ten Commandments. It is that much of an abomination.
>>False accusation of crime should bring on the accuser the same penalty that the crime wouldve brought.<<
Just saw a story on this. There is a question the DA office is looking into whether she filed an official complaint or if this was purely social media.
If the latter this may play out in civil court only (including the state suing for extra protection needed for the trooper and another with the same last name).
I am sure this chick and her lawyer are in MASSIVE hot water and this will NOT go away.
Note: do I need to post a pic to guess what group she belongs to?
“the same penalty that the crime wouldve brought.
Treble.
If he was in it for 25 years for rape, she should be in it for 75.
3 times the maximum.
At a minimum.
Laws need to be changed to account for how easily false accusations can be made due to how much trouble and damages it can cause the victim.
Something like the False Accuser (this one case here is easily proved) getting charged and with a penalty equivalent to that of the false crime being accused - years in jail.
Especially with the current leftist social manipulations which ‘lock down’ the accused’s life ‘at the drop of a hat’/merest allegation. There NEEDS to be a counterbalancing mechanism to make any potential False Accuser think twice about committing this kind of crime.
Our Courts already are overloaded, and a there is a general lack of ‘timely justice’ even to dismiss such allegations, and it is used as a bludgeoning tool by intentionally dishonest malefactors and leftist miscreants.
yes
No, the description of the accused and accuser are in the lede. ;-)
Glad to hear it!
A woman, willing to lie to send a cop to state prison for a few decades, so she could skate on a DWI.
Typical
