Similar to the Israel voting system where paper ballots are doubly sealed, counted 3 times by three separate groups, voter ID and strict onsite monitoring by the military should be adopted here in the US and in ALL 50 states. Paper ballots and purple fingers will get most of the Soros owned illegal voting off the books.
Like the old mechanical voting machines, it's too easy to "hack" them. Best solution is still mark-sense paper ballots filled out with a permanent ink marker; such ballots are both machine-readable and hand-count readable.

States need local vs state segregated systems.
The local system - each voting precint - should not be connected to anything but itself.
The local system can produce the voting results, in digital form, in offloadable media. The local officials, using a separate and secure state system can upload the digitial voting results. Local officials would also be able to secure their own backup of the local data, and any audits could compare what’s on those backups with the local data the state system claimed to have.
Individual polling stations could not be hacked into in such a two-step segregated process. The state system could possibly be messed with, but that is a separate matter.

The 16th Amendment, which effectively repealed the 13th Amendment imo, can disappear too.
