The issue is indictments so close to elections.
The indictments could have easily been postponed
until after the elections.

Based on what I’ve read to date, it sounds like the future rather-in-law may have said something to he FBI.
The USA handling the case is pro-Trump, donated to his campaign, etc. So I’m not sure it’s a valid argument that it’s purely political. I checked and the district is solidly Republican, so I’m not sure how well the adam candidate will do regardless.
So many assume that Sessions has been blackmailed or otherwise coerced. Everyone should also consider that he might have been a Deep State operative from the beginning and is carrying out his part to block or remove President Trump.
The one that should be pi$$ed is Trump. I think Sessions ingratiated himself with the Trump campaign so he could do exactly what he’s doing ,taking a pass on everything illegal. I so despise this man I can barely stand it. We finally get a president who will rock the boat and Sessions has thrown an anchor around the administration. When he finally goes I hope Trump fires him in the most humiliating way.
I think it more likely that he has been told unspeakable things will be done to his grandchildren.

Jeff Sessions’ DOJ does have an appearance of supporting the anti-American mercantilism (exports) of foreign, communist enemies by supporting Democrats on the take here. The situation presents a near-future defense problem for us, not to mention the debt collapse ahead.
