My theory is the dem polsters have been lying to us via fake polls. The early vote count is the only poll the dems can’t fake so we’re getting a first glimpse of where the electorate really is.
The unseen factors in early voting, are all Republican voters voting for the Republican candidate, and all democrat voters voters voting for the democrat candidate. I’m sure there are many Reagan democrats not voting for their socialist/communist candidate. The unseen factor is the Independent voter, or the undecided voter(someone I will never understand) and which lever they will pull, but I feel strongly they will lean Republican.
We will find out on election day whether it was fatal to call yourself a rancher, when apparently you're not. Hopefully, there are enough pubbies voting to overcome this "rancher issue". Tester is one I would like to see go down.
And we need to factor in the Walk Away Movement voters. There are at least hundreds of thousands of them. Not that many overall, but enough to make a difference. Most of them don’t want to face the flack for voting R so they’ll vote and keep it to themselves.

who is voting doesn’t mean how they’re voting. We’ve seen this with special elections this past two years. Heavily republican areas barely squeak by or in PA unfortunately lost.
It’s good to taught EV Republican numbers but we don’t know how they’re voting.

Sorry I thought that was commonly known. Dems lead in the early voting in 2016. I don’t know of single battleground the Reps lead in 2016
Actually this would seem to suggest the Dem base is not as fired up in 2018 as they were in 2016.
Of course NBC is trying to sound the alarm for more Rats to get out and v ote.

What is missing in all this is given the large number of Never Trumpers who retired, the Congress is going to be a lot more Trump friendly in Jan 2019 if the GOP holds.
Yes but those votes were pre Kavaunagh. All the polling data suggest the GOP voters, who were pretty apathetic, are now energized
