I wonder if we are saving > 5 billion with decrease in fed financial obligations....we could build the wall with those savings....keep on saving...i want a tax rebate...I believe there are approximately 125 million fed taxpayers in u.s....save 1 trillion....equates to 8000 or so back...Go for it.
I’ve noticed that several parks in the NYC metro area have been “carry out your own” for many years; there has been no money to pay for this stuff for years. Doesn’t work well at any beach near large populations; trashy people will bury trash in the sand or let the wind carry it away.
Here’s a suggestion. Certain people in government ARE getting paid. Send in those in the military that are not currently doing anything and federal gummint politicians to clean up.

Walk off the main road into the wilderness. It’s where the “real” campers go.
The rest of these folk can go back to the city.

There are not septic systems in these places. It all gets pumped out. No pumps. No disposal.
