During peacetime, the CG is considered law enforcement, not military. That actually allows them to perform important duties here at home without concern of issues like posse comitatus. When you say it needs to be looked into, I think you need an act of Congress to change the arrangement.

Don’t underestimate the gullibility of the American voter AND the ability of Democrats to use subtle fraud to steal the elections. They already succeed in 2018.

If borders are important, then yes, the Coast Guard needs to be under DoD. A lot of our borders are oceans.
The wall was his #1 promise. He HAS to deliver. But I don’t think his supporters necessarily expect he’ll be able to deliver this term; they are fully aware the resistance and treachery he’s up against are epic and that only God can see him through.
