If a Democrat gets elected over Trump in 2020 — and it could happen given the way the Democrats game the electoral system in many states — the Democrats will strike out at us with a fury.
With 15 states giving their electoral college votes, approximately 197 votes in total, to the winner of the popular vote in the next presidential election, the game is already rigged. The larger states only need to put up more votes than the flyover country votes.
Once, perhaps.

Communists never quit until you are their slave. The philosophy of communism is the absolute root of America’s political problems. Months ago I posted that Biden would enter the race as the nice, moderate fellow who can put an end to all this haranguing and shouting going on. Lies to that effect backed up by the 24 hour MSM propagandists. Nice and quiet if he gets in. Sure....
A truly stupid woman nearing 60 at work used to say during Bill Clinton---- "All this political stuff all the time. It's all too much. Just let Clinton do his job and lead the country. Can't people just be quiet and get along again?"

It got worse and worse since then. Young Dems only allow their side to speak on university campuses and on social media or television. What Hell life is today.
The left has always been fierce. Remember how they treated that earnest, barely conservative wuss, GWB?
It was failure to respond from the conservatives (theoretically, the GOP) that made them feel they could get away with it.
Incidentally, the way the Communists got power in Spain (someone mentioned the Spanish Civil War above) is that the radical leftist parties in legue with the “normal” leftist parties cheated on a set of elections, and managed to get elected to regional positions that gave them the ability to get representation at the next level. The only reason they got away with it is that the conservative parties decided to be polite and not challenge the elections.
The thing that has changed with Trump is that there is finally some opposition, and Peggy doesn’t appear to realize that we can’t go back to what she views as the good old days, when the left could say and do anything and get away with it, while we gentlemanly conservatives just made prissy noises. This has been a long time coming, and Peggy, with her aversion to conservatives (although Reagan was much more conservative than she now seems to remember) has forgotten and forgiven all on the leftist part, and now wants to blame conservatives (and even the humble GOP).
The Left has in its back pocket—The Media (To tell you want to think), Hollywood (To tell you how to think) The education Mafia is.. Schools and Universities (To tell you what Not to think). The Groups of people to mobile the “Masses” ie… Womens Rights, Black Rights, Latino Rights LGBT rights.
Backed up by an endless flow of money from George Soros, Red China, Saudi Arabia, Drug Cartels, Silicon Valley plutocrats. No, the Left has more power than you think—and its all focused on tearing down Trump and his populist movement. They can win but—they are disorganized and stupid. A blundering giant. The Right is also divided and this is setting the stage for a “Fort Sumter Moment” that will start the shooting. It will be a replay of 1860-1. North vs South.
My sister’s name is Margret and we stopped calling her Peggy when she lost her pig tails. Same with Tommy. I cringed when Tommy Thompson was introduced.

You may remember years ago I suggested our politics is a rehash of the old Brahms-versus-Wagner argument of the 19th Century. Peggy senses something along the same line.
There's been no change from the anti-Ameican left. But there will be if (when) they start their second civil war, and they're not going to care for it much.
I think we are there already.
It will start after the 2020 elections. The Democrats are doing everything they can to keep Trump off the ballot in their states. Further they are engaged in an illegal conspiracy to give their electoral votes to the Democrat candidate.
After the election, even if Trump actually wins, the commierats will claim that the Democrat won. At that point you will have two people claiming to be president. A hot civil war will start soon after that.
The big issues will be which side would the military support. You would like to hope Trump. But remember, Obama spent 8 years purging the officer corps and replacing them with those who said they would support political correctness. So our officer corps is probably rotten as well.
