After Trump wins again, after many dirty rats get taken down, after The One gets slammed, I think proggie-fascist violence will be unleashed.
He not only won once by cheating, he not only wasnt impeached, he not only hurt great Democrats like Obama, he got elected AGAIN! NO NO NO NO NO! theyll scream, with spittle spraying from their mouths.
My, thats sure progressive, eh?
Umm, Peggy dear...when conservatives grow actually fiercer, you will be running around screaming in fear.
I don’t see how much of a “right” is left in this country in 20 years; we’ve already reached a tipping point where a Christian conservative can’t win a national election. Socialism is already so imbedded in our culture it is already impossible to root out (here in my state of NJ, and neighboring NY, it gets worse each year, even post-Trump election).
Without a lot more children raised in Judeo-Christian/Western cultures, as well as border enforcement to stem the constant flow of reinforcements to the left, there is no change to this trajectory.
Without numbers, the guns don’t do much. Portugal lost its African colonies, and Rhodesians lost their country, without losing a battle. We’re going the same way.
Well the lefties you know must be special. I know several and they hate guns and would never own one. Seriously, if war breaks out the left may be armed by their supporters, but it won’t be because they have been buying guns and ammo over the years like most conservatives. And I doubt they will be as comfortable with using guns.
I tend to agree.... To borrow a Don Feder phrase, “there are the real Americans versus the united states of history. There are not two Americas. The other side, the United states of Hillary, believes America is a racist, sexist, homophobic country and they are citizens of the world; the real Americans love the flag; the national anthem; the Constitution, and our heroic history. I can no longer fight for half an hour as I could in my 20s, so I don’t know what use I can be in the coming civil war — but I’ll try to do my part.
The 1964 New York Times v. Sullivan decision, unanimous as it was and as enthusiastically concurred with as it was, must be set aside.Mr. Sullivan, a Southern Democrat, sued the NY Times over its publication of an advertisement which did not even name him directly. Sullivans case was thin - and SCOTUS piled on with commentary about how no public figure could sue for libel except in the most extreme circumstances.
But there were things in heaven and earth which were not dreamt of if the Warren courts philosophy. Sullivan did not bring before the court the fact - as true then as now - that journalism was a trust. "People of the same trade, Adam Smith noted, "seldom meet together, even for merriment and diversion, but the conversation ends in a conspiracy against the public, or in some contrivance to raise prices. And the wire services - the AP dates to well before the Civil War - constitute virtual meetings of all major journalism outlets. Meetings which have been unending, and which inevitably have resulted in a conspiracy against the public.
The conspiracy is that journalists, knowing that if it bleeds it leads journalism is negative, claim that all journalists are objective. The first thing to note is that you show me someone who thinks that negativity is objectivity, and Ill show you a cynic. And the second thing to note is that the all journalists are objective mantra is a go along and youll get along warning to any journalist who might not want to toe the party line. Question the objectivity of a fellow journalist, and you are not a journalist, not objective.
The result of journalistic cynicism (directed at society and implying naiveté towards government) is that journalism systematically promotes socialism. Democrats have no principles which require them to oppose the socialist slant of journalism, so Democrats go along and get along (quite well, thank you) with journalism. Consequently a rule that public officials cannot sue for libel is a rule that Republicans cannot sue for libel. Democrats never need to.
A rule that Republicans cannot sue for libel is a rule that Democrats are entitled, not only to their own opinions, but to their own facts.
Some Republican must sue for libel, simultaneously alleging that wire services all violate antitrust law. Wire services are a Nineteenth Century solution to a Nineteenth Century problem. Telegraphy bandwidth is now dirt cheap, and everyone has the ability to get news from anywhere using the internet to get reports from locals.
Wise and I belive original. Never heard it elsewhere. Another slant: libel the Dems and make them prove it wrong. As: AOC, Elizabeth Warren,Don Lemon, Maxine and Rosie O'Donnell prove they aren't dumb.
Henry Ford had to prove he wasn't stupid in court. They asked exactly how many British troops came to fight here in 1776. He said "I don't know how many but I know a lot more came over here than made it back."
AOC in court.
Rep. Ocasio-Cortez, where does America get its energy?"
AOC: From electric sockets in the walls.
"Why is there a light on top of a vacuum cleaner?"
AOC: So my boyfriend can see where to vac if there's a power outage.
Libel them? With what - Fox News Channel?Completely weak, even if FNC would do it, which they wouldnt.
Fox wouldn’t help.....
Yes. If Michael Savage is right the new younger leaders of Fox News want to be popular at the liberal Hollywood and NYC cocktail parties instead of shunned as Deplorables. Have to befriend Chelsea and the Dem types and distance themselves from President Trump.
The Leftist are insane traitors that must be burned out of our Nation. All foreigners must return to the shitholes they fled. Nothing else will end the hatred.
Good observations.
I only see good and evil.
It happened in the garden and we are stuck with it with Jesus as our only real answer.
Theres a time for fighting and a time for dying, only He can give peace.
The time for fighting seems to be near.
Actually, its here already but, were just not ready to address it yet.
Well, some of us are more ready than others....
