This apparently applies just the primary ballot and not the general election. I see federal lawsuits in the near future.

So another Republican can win the primary, but then Trump’s name is added to the general ballot as an afterthought? That’s just wrong. I hope this gets settled by the courts before the primary.

I guess there are no real problems in California if the governor has time to Richard around like this.
California taxpayers must really appreciate how he spends his time.
Maybe he could go to the libraries and hand out candy at the transvestite gatherings.
