I doubt it. China doesnt have a blue water navy and doesnt have oil and its biggest business partners are America and her allies like Japan, Australia, Britain....and though not real allies, the Yurps certainly are quite protectionist. Their allies are troublesome North Korea and Iran both of whom have crappy economies and maybe Russia which has an economy smaller than Italy.
How are they going to project power? A naval blockade would ruin their economy.
There are 4 wars: Narrative, cyber, economic and kinetic. We are currently engaged in three of them. If you don’t think they are planning on the 4th, then you don’t understand the CCP. Their nationalistic grievence rhetoric DWARFS that of the Third Reich. In fact, it is boarders on cultural dogma. To them, they owe the west one hell of a debt.
Huh? Back down from what? Who is threatening the use (recently) of using nuclear weapons?
And please be specific.
I am completely bullish on a war- The USA against the Democrats.
I think the video is relevant.
Nobody in his right mind would advocate an all out nuclear war with China , The US , Russia or even North Korea.
Neither Putin, nor Xi nor Trump is that crazy. Thank God for that.
I've been doing business in China for 20 years... still do today. I have a conference call with my team scheduled tonight.
The video on this link rings 90% true and accurate to me. I also agree with your assessment. Intentionally, or not they have launched a salvo. There is no guarantee, from this point, that a peaceful outcome is possible, or even likely.
Attacking Democrats is no guarantee that the person doing that attacking is a friend.
We don’t need a shooting war.
We just need to have a worldwide boycott of China.
When the CCP is removed from power and a pro-Western government is in China, the boycott can end, but not a moment sooner.
In an all-out war, we would lose a few cities. China would be bombed into the stone age. but the entire world would suffer and billions would die from the economic disruptions alone.
If this guy is right, you won't have to ask that question much longer. They will do something, overtly aggressive... like, occupy Taiwan. And then, dare us to do something about it.
They can harm us... significantly. Maybe, they've already started.
The article was 100% correct is saying: We have GIVEN THEM the means to destroy us, willingly... We might well be able to blow them out of the water, literally.. on the military front. But, we've handed them the knives that can KILL our economic engine, without firing a shot.
He said, it doesn't always happen. 4 of 16 times, no conflict. The transition from Britain to the US was clearly one.
War is never one inevitable, only stupidity and avarice.
China needs to be rid of about a quarter to a half billion people. War would do it, but would devastate the infrastructure. But this virus mostly kills off the elderly and medically compromised, the "useless eaters". The younger and healthy, the workers, generally recover. It got loose sooner than planned. So they simply redirected it towards their enemies (You and me, folks).
That's the point of the piece. We could try a boycott, but it won't work. China has leverage over many of the countries we would need to be on "our side". It is NOT clear anymore, which side many nations would choose. Not even among our supposed allies, like Germany.
First there needs to be a war against ourselves internally before we can fight the external foe (root out the enemy from within) DEMS, soros, gates, goog, facebook, MSM!
Are you sure about that? We shouldn't just give up without even trying.
You missed Pelosi, schiff, Schumer, et al...... Then there are the media CEO’s
COMCAST is a more dangerous American enemy than China, or Russia or Iran
War always was inevitable. We are reaching the 4th Turning. I believe COVID-19 was the trigger for the crisis, but we will probably never know for sure.
If war were to come about, I wonder if China might use biological weapons on us?
