Keith Ellsion has been given the job of prosecuting the bad guys in the riots following this police/Floyd murder case.
He just came out voicing public support for Antifa and their rioting today.
How can one be the lead prosecutor for the state in incidents involving theses riots and voice his support for one of the key players in the violence?
This is a blatant conflict of interest and he should recuse himself from sitting in judgement against those who might be accused of crimes.

It’s not double jeopardy. It’s alternative legal theories on which the defendant could be convicted.
As a practical matter, there had to be a charge with “Murder” on it or the Dem’s fear their base would be even more pissed off than they are. But in reality, it doesn’t matter what they do. Their base is pissed off regardless.
