“Whoda thunk that Susan Collins winning would be treated as good news?”
Witty!
Well there’s one scalp the Lincoln Project failed to get.
“if the Republicans hold the Senate”
Judges!
What you post is the very reason why she was ASKED to concede her seat - “For the good of the world, Susan, just think of what you’re gift to the Democrats (this time) will mean for climate change, for abortion, for the Great Reset!” I’m surprised she is confessing openly that this offer took place.
Collins is winning by a huge margin. The pollsters need to learn to code.
The worst thing if Biden wins, is that most likely Kasuck and Flake will be in the Administration.
All of you who are making snide mention of her many votes you do not like . . . go look in the mirror and blame yourself for those votes.
This lady represents her state. Her state does not support those votes you might want. It is your fault, YOUR PERSONAL FAULT, for not buying a ticket to Maine and walking around to persuade those Maine voters of the error of their ways. You failed. She did not fail. She represents her voters.
Unlike Romney.
Susan Collins is an amazing Senator. There may be no other Republican on Earth who could have held that seat so many years.
Yes, it helped
Wish she would have, it doesnt matter. I say, lets burn this f-er down.
“Kind of like being told you have shit to eat for dinner but you get a cookie afterward.”
What you said.
If you want to keep the Senate, yes you are suppose to be happy about this.
Squish she is somehow she seems to come through when she is really needed.
As opposed to some other members of the Senate who will vote with us when their votes are not needed but balk when crunch time arrives.
I hate this bitch, but I welcome her victory.
Hey, if it helps anyone try to decompress after this election, the pleasure is mine. Personally, I feel like we've just been in a plane crash, but I'm not sure if I will walk away from it yet.
Thanks.
(Were supposed to be happy about this I guess.)

Um, no. Should be disappointed that Dems did not win.
It IS good news, because we want to keep the Senate in Republican control.
Who wants Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer?
Also, Collins’ dem opponent has a little girl voice like AOC, and is just as far left as the Bronx bartender.
Plus, Susan has done a lot for Maine.
P R A I S E G O D ! ! !
No fan of her, but we needed that seat. Glad to hear it.
She might just be the vote in the Senate that prevents Democrats from packing the courts or gaining statehood for DC. That is something to be thankful for.
He won an electoral vote from a district in Maine.
Yes it is huge because it creates a powerful firewall in the, God forbid, event of a Biden Presidency. With Republicans in control of the Senate it will mean the radical left legislative agenda is essentially dead on day one. Not only that it means the filibuster is safe so democrats would need 60 votes to pass anything, but there is also zero chance of court packing at the federal court or Supreme Court level.
It's not fun playing defense, but we should be in pretty good shape. The Republican Senate stops the far left legislative agenda and all the new Trump judges and the conservative Supreme Court strikes down any Biden Executive Orders or regulatory schemes. Old Joe is left to twist in the wind for his presidency, and when the radical left sees he's getting nothing done and not one shred of the Bernie manifesto is doable, they will turn on him in a heartbeat.
