In his controversial new book on the 2020 election, Battle For The Soul: Inside the Democrats' Campaigns to Defeat Donald Trump. Edward-Isaac Dovere repeats a canard that has become something of a staple of Democratic mythology.
According to Dovere, in November 2020, then-president Barack Obama had a hard time making sense out of Hillary Clinton's loss "to a man he thought of as a moronic carnival barker." Dovere traced Obama's grudge against Donald Trump to the birth certificate issue.
Obama, writes Dovere, "would never forgive [Trump] for turning a fringe obsession with his birth certificate into an issue he'd had to address from the White House briefing room in 2011."
Dovere errs on several counts. Trump was not the one who turned the birth certificate into an issue. Obama was. Nor did Obama have to address the issue from the White House. He could have easily settled it in his attorney's office three years earlier. More importantly, perhaps, it was not the birth certificate that provoked Obama's wrath. It was Trump's ability to see Obama the same way Obama saw himself — as a fraud.
In the way of background, a week prior to the 2008 Democratic National Convention, attorney Philip Berg filed a federal suit in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania challenging Obama's constitutional eligibility to be president. A Democrat and former deputy attorney general for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Berg expected to be taken seriously. He wasn't. The media expressed zero interest in his suit.

This again. The hospital reports the race of the parents to the federal government, but the birth certificate says what the parents tell the hospital clerk. That's why Kamala Harris's father is listed as "Jamaican" and Obama's is listed as "African." Hawaii and California were looser about these things than some other states may have been.

OC Simpler explanation: Hawaii sent a document, the WH displayed it. But someone in the WH also scanned it in and fiddled around randomly. Keep in mind the OCR artifacts are random, not just identifying data. So alteration was not the purpose, just obfuscation. It worked very well since many people wasted many hours analyzing random artifacts..
(1) The hospital has the same name on the Nordyke twin BCs. Next, someone will say the Nordyke twin BCs numbering doesn't match with Obama's. But numbers are not always by date of birth.
(2) Obama Sr gave his race himself and he was the source of the word "African"

OCR is used when trying to capture a LOT of data.
It is NOT used when trying to figure out when a small amount of data is hard to decipher by the human eye.
Besides; why decipher it if you are inserting FAKE data anyway??

They DID change data. The original name was obambam’s sister. They changed the birthrate and name of the father, etc.
Here is how I put the two elements above and below each other:
I cut out the "6085 Kalanianaole Highway" and placed it directly over the "Gynecological Hospital" word.
I decreased the opacity of the layer containing "6085 Kalanianaole Highway" so I could clearly see through it to the word "Gynecological Hospital" underneath it.
I manipulated the mostly transparent layer so the letter "a" the word "Highway" was directly over the letter "a" in the word hospital to ENSURE they were aligned correctly. I then slid the layer directly upwards so the "6085 Kalanianaole Highway" is right above the "Gynecological Hospital" and the two letter "a"s in each one are perfectly aligned.
If this were the same typewriter or even a typewriter with the same mechanical font size machined or stamped on the keys, going from right to left on the two words "Hospital" and "Highway" every single letter on top would be aligned with the letter below; y would align with l, a would align with a (which it does, because I used the letter a to calibrate) w would align with t, h would align with i, but as you go further... The letters are becoming INCREASINGLY out of alignment so by the time we get to the ampersand "&" character, it isn't a little off it is directly between the numbers "0" and "8" above.
For some reason, Photoshop isn't allowing me to adjust the kerning the way I want (the space between letters so I can more faithfully simulate what is shown, but it will suffice) The point which I conveyed poorly in that old graphic might be clearer in this one:

It's a certified copy of the record from Hawaii as delivered, scanned, manipulated (e.g. OCR) without changing the contents. Printed and certified on April 25, 2011. Two copies were printed and certified and sent.

Notice how you change the subject from the 2007 document to the 2011 document. Classic misinformation maneuver.
The 2007 document was a clumsy, cheap forgery done with sumthin like a Foxit PDF editor.
The 2011 forgery was an expensive, sophisticated document that took 2 or 3 years to perfect.

In the last election our ballots were fed into an OCR optical scanner so that the Democrat contracted election software could manipulate the data and steal our election.
An official document should only be copied "as is", not digitized and manipulated.
As a side note, when I was stationed at MacDill AFB in 1980 I participated in a trial program to determine the feasibility of transmitting our daily 55-1 Report to the Defense Communication Agency using the new technology from 3C Corporation for formatted OCR scanning. As such I was one of the first people alive to see OCR used in a practical application.

I read that one time, so that was out of memory. The point is that he was born on American Territory, because at that time the Panama canal belonged to the US and did until the peanut from Georgia gave it to Panama
