If he is found not guilty based on self defense then I think these radicals rioting and intending to kill anyone not on their side will be in danger, as they should be. >>>>>>>>>>>

Agreed.

At least it will be so in Wyoming and Texas, bt places like Connecticut , Washington State , Minnesota...not so sure.

But as you say, the lines of fire are now being established. I think though that they are being established whether Kyle is founed guilty of not.

Watch for new legislation in many states allowing the use of deady force for the protection of property against arson and looting. The communists are saavy. First they fefund the police, local politicians require LEOs to stand down from enforcing the law ( that should be a crime, one of conspiracy), and encourage the wilding of anachists and communists in their cities and towns.

Who will stand in for the police. In America its alwaus been the armed citizen. So that is what we must do, pass stae laws allowing the use of deadly force for the preservatioon of property. Secondly the use of deadly force for the apprehension of a felon.

Once those laws are passed in every state, the commies will not stand a chance.

I believe Kyles case illustrates how vulnerable we can be without these laws in place.Who will stand by and watch one’s life work go up in flames without drawing down? That is just not American. We are not bleating sheep like the commie left wants us to be.

I have to review NYS law, but I believe deadly force for arson is allowable.

"Does anyone know who the man with the goatee, black suit, who sits behind Rittenhouse’s lawyers, is?"

No, but he's on the stand now. I missed his details.

I was around gun politics too long and saw how people’s lives were destroyed in even plainly righteous self-defense scenarios. It makes you think real hard about what you’re willing and not willing to do. It also makes you realize that location, location, location isn’t only important in real estate. We wouldn’t even be having this conversation if this incident had occurred in say South Dakota or Oklahoma or Texas or Alabama. No prosecutor would have gone forward with the case. As you say, the punishment is the process.

She (the female officer testifying) has a “Come and get some.” look.

Let’s hope so. They won’t even let this videographer say the Anti-fa and BLM were instigating violence. Wow. Evil.

Judge is beyond annoyed with prosecution & line of questioning.

Understatement of the year.

Right on!

Only the willingly blind cannot see this as a clear cut case of self-defense.

It means they turned Binger off, recognized him as a retard, and have already made up their minds.

The leftists on the net are soiling their panties over this!

They are denouncing the judge as a Trumpeteer.

Very amusing to watch their breakdown.

I can’t disagree, but the defense took a huge risk—and may have pulled it off. Then again, they’re going against a prosecution team that apparently drives to/from the court house in a clown car. Beginning to think Rittenhouse’s lawyers quickly realized how incompetent the prosecutors are, and decided to put their client on the stand. They may also believe (as many do) that prosecution is angling for a dismissal, realizing their case was weak and they totally screwed up its presentation.

not really. Court TV at the time it was a channel and was actually a good channel, covered the OJ trial. I do remember the commentators talking how the jury rarely took notes during the defense case. Why? It’s obvious they already made up their minds.

Interesting.

In Pennsylvania, jurors are not allowed to take notes.

At least, that’s how it was twenty years ago, the last time I served on a jury.

Has Kyle’s case been concluded yet?
I’ve been too busy to watch.
