It is a guided bomb, their first, and they have more than enough to take out a majority of the city and kill hundreds of thousands. If they make themselves too much of a nuisance and cost Putin too much, he can launch those and there isn’t a thing they can do about it. And we can’t really complain as we used them in Iraq. If Putin wants to do a lot of damage, he has the capacity without nuclear.
