Thursday on CNN’s “The Lead,” anchor Jake Tapper told House Oversight and Accountability Committee chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) that he has not seen evidence President Joe Biden did anything illegal related to his son Hunter Biden’s business dealings.
Tapper said, “So let’s pause it for the sake of argument that Hunter Biden is sleazy, and the president’s relatives tried to profit off the Biden family brand, something CNN has reported on. What’s new in this memo?”

Money went into Hunter’s and other Bidens’ bank accounts. Where did it go to? Unless Hunter bought a car wash to launder the money, it is probably a pretty direct path from his account to the Big Guy’s. These aren’t financial geniuses - they are just doing enough to “hide” the money from willfully ignorant law enforcement. Now let’s get accountants who actually want to find the source and destinations of the funds.

Tapper is a DNC Narrative engineer.
That glorified high school librarian Jessica Tarlov made the same defense of the Bidens on Outnumbered today. Sure, the Bidens took obscene amounts of money from foreign sources, but they did not sell influence and taking money for nothing is not illegal. These people are either not bothered by corruption (as long as it’s Democrat corruption) or too stoopid to see it.
The bank accounts that have publicly disclosed so far are just the tip of the iceberg. Many millions more are stashed in Swiss or Cayman accounts, the Biden version of a bug-out bag. When the SHTF they’ll take it on the lam and live in exile as poor persecuted political victims.
