We were in Walmart the other day for some insulation foam for something to do with the barn re-model. I had to make a return and Beau said, “Meet me in the Ammo Aisle. It’ll probably be a bust, but I’m going over there.”
Amazingly, we were able to buy four boxes of .22 Stingers. We could have had more; we didn’t want to be greedy. I can’t remember what he paid, but it couldn’t have been too out of line or he’d have been making one of his ‘Oliver Wendel Douglas Soapbox Speeches,’ LOL!

Ohhhhhhh..... it was implied because I am a Republican.
She put up a rainbow sign in her yard facing mine with all colors of hands holding hands with the message ‘Hate has no home here’ until the HOA made her take it down. ( I wasn’t the one who complained - I liked the sign. It let everyone see her hypocrisy in real time.)
She is an older hippie mom and is quite smug and imperious in her little mind. She would brag that she was friends with a Republican (me) because she thought that made her appear more tolerant and loving and she had to tell the world. She got covid and was one of the first to get the vax when it was offered. She also got her young son vax’d and they both had SEVERE reactions. I begged her not to as she already had antibodies from being sick already but she claimed ‘they don’t know how long those will last’ and had no answer to my questions on the the brand new vax that was thrown together in a weekend. Oh, and did you know all the test animals died who were used in the vax studies????
What a weirdo. Oh, and we are not friends anymore. The only time I ever heard from her was when she needed something.
