Mostly in NYC and CA due to lax laws. Happening in other areas but not as bad because in the red states you can enforce the law. So criminals do not bother because they are looking for easy targets.

Ironic thing: after everyone commingles and copulates with everyone else...everyone will be pretty much the same. There will be essentially no more diversity. Everyone will have same genetic disorders, same contagious diseases, same healthy aspects, and the same colored irises, hair, and skin color.

Granted, my factual knowledge is a month or so old; however,AFAIK, the Rand is now worth $21.00 Rand to $1.00 UDS.

I believe that that is MORE than 20% less, than what it was worth 30 years ago.
