You can still corrupt the human genome to prevent Salvation. Say by taking a vaccine or new DNA ID that guarantees your health for 200 - 500 years?

There is a theory regarding the Mark of the Beast that it damns people to Hell not just because you are defiantly choosing an anti-messiah over The Messiah, but also because it twists and changes your DNA from God’s creation to Satan’s creation. You in essence disqualify yourself by virtue of taking a DNA that the Blood of the Lamb cannot cover anymore (He didn’t die for fallen angels and demons either). Satan only has 7 years to bring as many people to hell with him as possible. This might be the quickest way to ensure that it’s done. After all, why risk it with evil men & woman only for them to repent before they die? Why not come up with something that seals the deal now without recourse?

9 And a third angel followed them, calling out in a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and its image, and receives its mark on his forehead or on his hand, 10 he too will drink the wine of God’s anger, poured undiluted into the cup of His wrath. Lastly, this always keeps me scratching my head: The A/C and his FP are thrown in the Lake of Fire first, before anybody else. They will be there for 1,000 years by themselves before hell opens up its gates for the billions of lost over the ages. Why? They don’t even get a chance at the White Throne Judgement in Revelation 20. Could it be that those two are Nephilim or hybrids also and that is why? Things to ponder about.

I can't see it as being forced, maybe peer pressure, but not physically forced beyond their will. Revelation 13:16 reads that it will be like you say a pledge or allegiance. NIV says "forced". KJV says "causeth". See Strong's Greek definition: ποιέω or poieó https://biblehub.com/greek/4160.htm Folks lose their heads over refusing it. And an Angel is flying over the Earth warning people to not take the Mark in Revelation 14:9.

All I can give you is my opinion, based on all the reading I have done. I am not dogmatic, but I have strong opinions. 😁🤪 I have no idea if Ham’s wife had any Nephilim blood in her. I tend to think that fallen angels continued with what had happened prior to the Flood. I think they saw what happened to the group, in the days of Noah (Tartarus) and didn’t want any part of that. God works miracles, fallen angels use technology. I think they use so called “alien abductions,” to do the same thing. I think that is how the Land of Canaan became infected with Nephilim. I think this is why God ordered the complete destruction of certain groups in the promised land, down to the last man, woman and child. They were Nephilim. Hybrids.
When Satan rebelled, he quickly realized he had a numbers problem. He was outnumbered 2 to 1. I think the idea, was not only to stop the Messiah from being born, but to close the numbers gap. Jesus did not die for Nephilim. They are not eligible for salvation. I think the A/C and FP will be hybrids, which is why they are immediately cast into the lake of fire. I do not feel the mark of the beast can be taken inadvertently or against a person’s will, since it will be a willing oath of allegiance. God created man in His image. Satan wants to create man in HIS image (Nephilim) I know it’s weird, it’s bizarre, it’s uncomfortable, but I think that’s what happened, and it goes on today. I am not dogmatic, but that is my opinion. 🤕
I was just watching the Navy Blue Angels and Air Force Thunderbirds, flying over New York City. I don’t think my son will ever be a Thunderbird pilot, but he loves flying USAF aircraft. 😁
