How do you know it didn’t. The fallen Angels were not destroyed and their mating with human females is the origen of the Nephilim. Perhaps the bad Angels repeated their mischief.

The Nephilim were men and Genesis 6 says nothing about fallen angles.

Because this is a logical fallacy (the ad populum, or bandwagon, fallacy), it invalidates your argument and so it proves nothing.
God installed an effective deterrent when He cast the offending demons into the abyss: the remainder are now terrified of a similar fate (Luke 8:31). Whether that deterrent will remain effective only God knows.

You appear to want an argument refarding Gen 6:2 regarding the sons of God. I’ll pass on your challenge. I hold the sons of God were/are Angels.
You got me wrong, I wasn’t challenging you I just asked for a reference so I could look up what you were asking about and discuss the matter. If your reference was to the “sons of God” in Gen. 6 them my answer would have been that I don’t know what it means. I don’t think anyone else does for sure either. I’ve heard the angel theory along with several others, but I don’t find them persuasive, it all seems pure speculation. Nobody is able to make a strong argument based on scripture. The angel interpretation is as good as any other but I don’t find it persuasive although it’s possible. I don’t know because scripture is just not clear on the point.

I did and I don’t find it persuasive, just as I don’t find the books and lectures that come to different conclusions and say it can’t be angels persuasive either. But I have no definitive alternative to push because scripture isn’t clear. It’s certainly possible they could be angels but scripture just doesn’t tell us.
Here is a thought: A being not visible to the folks in palace party central, Babylon (Daniel 5) physically wrote upon a wall with only the hand in our spacetime. That being I presume to be a messenger, an Angel. If an Angel can reach from their spacetime coordinate realm into ours then I presume they could mate with human females. ymmv
I see no reason to just assume the hand is an angel. If God can create mana, bread and fishes out nothing he can certainly create a disembodied hand, or the illusion of one. I don’t. think reading such preconceptions into scripture is proper hermeneutics.
It’s dangerous to take non-Biblical sources like the book of Enoch and treat them like infallible, inerrant text of scripture. They are not. To build a whole end times interuptation on additional “Jewish legends” is even more dangerous.

Don’t put it that way. Yes, we’ve reached the wall on this issue and will have to agree to disagree. It’s a tough issue and there is tons of disagreement out there among sincere Christians in the theological world. But I’ve often enjoyed discussing theological/exegetical issues with you in the past and hope to in the future.
They’re still up to no good just like they were during “days of Noah & Lot”. They just aren’t pulling off the same stunt that those in Tartarus did.
