Not to be argumentative, but I think you’re mistaken.

There are a lot of things on the table, and I don’t believe for a moment that abortion would be overturned simply by Lee being seated on the court.

I’m hearing more and more negative reaction to Lee, and I have to say that matches my thoughts at this time.

I believe at the very least, Lee would be another Kennedy, a swing voter.

No to that...

If we want to have a real impact on abortion, we need to defund Planned Parenthood. Congress has avoided that. Why?

I support him to be the Trump's nominee to the Supreme Court based on this.

Well then you are very gullible, noob.

Lee voted for McMillan for president..."WITHOUT KNOWING ANYTHING AT ALL ABOUT HIM, AS A PROTEST AGAINST TRUMP" ( his own words!), and hasn't been exactly pro-Trump since he was elected.

Is that a good enough example?

Putting Lee on the list was pure politics on trumps part. Kinda like interviewing romney for Secy of State. There was no chance dor romney and none for lee.

Lee’s name needs to be erased from the list.

Those are CRUZITES, who are still butthurt and/or those who refuse to see and accept the truth about just how awful Ted is.

Nope, "most" on Trump's list are NOT #NEVERTRUMPERS !

Exactly and that IS what would happen, IF Lee ( not gonna happen! ) were to be nominated.

Or, perhaps, someone other than Trump made up that list for him.

I do not believe, not for one NY MINUTE, that Lee will be the one picked.

I don’t have a favorite yet for the SC pick. Lee does have a voting record so one can see how he voted which may be helpful.

He voted for mcmuffin as a “protest vote” against Trump. Too immature to be a Supreme Justice.

Lee should just wait until he has a higher position - God over his own planet. /s

That’s way better than the US Supreme Court.

I was sort of leaning towards Trump picking Lee because he is a young man and is Mark Levin’s pick, but then I remembered:
1) He tried to start a food fight at the convention.
2) He said Trump should step down after the AH tape in October 2016.
3) He voted for McMuffin.

He is a never Trumper. Don't get me wrong...I can't stand the "MAGA TILL OUR BALLS FALL OFF!!! 3-D CHESS, DOODZ! ARE U TIRED OF WINNING? LYIN TED!" doofuses that populate this board, buuuuuut...

ANYONE who voted for Evan McMullen is dead to me. And as far as abortion goes, I do believe a nation can be judged by God, but I do NOT lament all the millions of knockout games and police shootings and ruined neighborhoods that *could have been, but never were* because of abortion, quite frankly.

Lee would be another Kennedy, a swing voter.

Please state your reasons for believing that.

Utah is unlikely to vote in a Dem senator, but Lee is a non-starter. He’s a self-described Evan McMullin voter.

McMullin is probably who the Utah governor would appoint to serve the remainder of the term if Mike Lee vacated the seat.

That's true; however, Haley's position is NOT a "LIFE LONG ONE, THAT SHE CAN'T BE FIRED FROM"!

There are MUCH better candidates, on that list, than Lee; look into them.

I’m not certain he fully grasps Constitutional matters.

This is something I found last night, and commented on.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3666787/posts?page=54#54

Other posters are bringing up things from him being a NeverTrumper (at one point), to him doing other things that don’t impress me as him being nearly in tune with our beliefs as some folks think.

As I told someone last night, I’m not dead set against him yet, but I am not liking what I am seeing.

My attempt at this point is merely to get others to take a closer look before locking him in prematurely.
