IMHO, DJT doesn't deal in "fake" negotiations. Those taxes will be imposed if Mexico doesn't do something.
That's what makes him so effective.
As for me, I'm ready to hold my retirement investments still til this storm blows over- and it will.
The $18 billion is payed by American consumers, not Mexico.
The Mexican Tax will be no differet than reallocated appropriated funds payed by American taxpayers

Tariffs are paid by Americans not countries exporting goods to us. Anything you buy produced in Mexico will cost You 5% more. Whether or not you agree with Trump on this, at least get the economics straight!
