MILWAUKEE — The man accused of killing 5 people when an SUV plowed through a Christmas parade in Waukesha Sunday had been in custody of Waukesha County law enforcement five days before the tragedy but was released with no charges, 12 News has learned through jail records and a law enforcement source.Records show Darrell Brooks, Jr. was booked into the Waukesha County Jail November 16 and released the same day. According to the source, Waukesha County deputies picked up Brooks from the Milwaukee County Jail earlier that day.

A shooting near a Tallahassee McDonald’s involving Kodak Black’s entourage remained unsolved Friday, but the plot thickens. According to the Tallahassee Democrat, a security guard for the Pompano Beach rapper was shot early Monday morning outside the fast food restaurant. Raymond Michael “Zino” Weber has been charged with two counts of murder after he allegedly livestreamed himself inside a California apartment with the bodies of two dead women, the Vacaville Police Department said. A budding rapper and father to five children died after a window of a home he was trying to burglarize collapsed onto his neck, leaving his body dangling outside of the house, according to sheriff’s deputies. Jonathan Hernandez, 32, was trying to burglarize a home in the southwestern Florida town of Lehigh Acres on Saturday when the fatal accident occurred, investigators said.
