Newt Gingrich is More Dangerous To America Than Obama and I Can Prove It!
A Time For Choosing ^ | 11-28-11 | Gary P Jackson

Posted on 12/01/2011 9:48:36 AM PST by Lazlo in PA

Yes, Newt Gingrich is more dangerous to the well-being of the United States, and our people, than Barack Obama. That’s a strong statement, and I intend to prove it!

There are many ways to prove this.

I’ll use Newt’s actual voting record, as well as his many positions that run counter to what’s best for the Republic. I’ll also talk about his abilities to persuade otherwise intelligent people to follow him into the abyss.

You see it’s this ability to take the hard left’s positions, and carefully re-word them, making them sound like “conservative” positions, that makes Newt such a threat. Newt knows the language of the Conservative, though he’s never been one. He knows the words that excite the Conservative mind. And this is the real key to it all.

We’ll get to Newt’s lengthy record as a “progessive” in due time, but I want readers to fully understand it’s Newt’s highly developed skills as a con man that should worry all Americans. It’s THE reason his is so dangerous.

Barack Obama is a communist. He’s the most radical president we’ve ever elected. More radical than “progessives” Teddy or Franklin Roosevelt, more radical than LBJ or Carter. The nation’s only saving grace is: Obama is a bumbling fool, who can barely string two sentences together.

Obama has little skill in actual governing, so as bad as he is, much of his agenda [thankfully] hasn’t come to pass. Obama isn’t a leader, and simply can’t get things done. He’s also a bit on the lazy side, and would rather just go play and enjoy the all the perks that come with the office.

then post a picture from 1992 for your ‘proof’ regarding healthcare.

LOL. I forgot what an ill informed person you are. The first pic is from 2009 when Newt teamed up with a race hustling murderer to push Education. The Pelosi pic is from 2008. The couch he is sitting on was paid for with Algores personal cash. "WE" is his group. The last pic is from 2005 when Newt was pimping to having all of our medical records accessible to the Gov't for our own good.

Maybe you should educate yourself before you roll in here and make stuff up out of whole cloth. Then again, if you dealt with facts, you wouldn't be able to create such hilariously silly posts.

Ah, so you work for the DNC victory by seeking to trash all the Republican candidates with a chance to win the nomination and offer your bosses the sidelight of suppressing conservative turnout by peeing on conservative momentum to get your commie out of the White House. Too many of you agitprops signed on in '08. It alerted the freepers to your inveigling.

Perhaps you should tell us how smart you are since your ploy to inform us how dumb we are for supporting ________ (fill in the blank) has only exposed your smelling backside. You're loud on telling us how supporting _________ is the same as supporting a commie or socialist. You fashion what you think will be a convincing profile page where you trash Milt Rominy (it rhymes with hominy, the huskless corn product), but you open your mouth too much and we catch the stench of your agitprop breath.

Either Newt or Romney will be better than Obama.

You are absolutely correct. But this is the Primary and this is the time to call these candidates out on these issues. No one should believe that once we get Obummer out and install one of these two nitwits that we will be on easy street. We will have to stay vigilant and active to keep these Progressives to their word. That is why it is instructive to thoroughly discuss their past records for clarity in what they might do in the future and plan to stop it.

Typical frontrunner smear job.

My concerns with Newt are he is not a small govt republic Pub. He looks for big solutions to big problems, that's why he initially supported a healthcare mandate. There is no question he is very bright, articulate and pugnacious. However, I worry that if he is POTUS the solutions to our problems will leave us with a bigger fed govt that is even more intrusive. He is not an outside the beltway small govt Pub that wants a republic. He believes he can create a better mgmt system with the existing organization.

So you admit you’re a blatant liar ... or is it that you cannot subtract 2005 from 2011 so you say it is ‘the last couple of years’? bwhahahaha run along now, little man. My error was misprinting the date of the 2005 medical records/data act effort. With the drunken Kennedy behind Newt, it is obvious I misprinted the date. But you made no mistake, you sought to lie.

LOL...

You still dont get it...

Think of this as a game of chicken between the limited government conservatives and the liberal GOP “elite”.

If your side “blinks” we win.

If your side doesnt blink and we get a disaster in the form of N00t or mitt during the general election that results in another four for Zero. We still win...

The war isnt against zero directly, its against socialists in general. The first battle to be fought has always been within the GOP. The GOP needs to be purged of “progressives” and THAT is what this is about. As long as we have the enemy in the tent with us we will NEVER be able to defeat the enemy.

So go ahead and plow forward in your attempt to ram through yet another liberal POS candidate.

You do realize your making yourself look like an idiot during the course of this “discussion”? Right?

Heh, another reason the progressive wing of the GOP losses everything. They hire morons.

To me 6 years ago ain’t that long ago. And while we are speaking of 2005, wasn’t that when Newt came out for the Bush amnesty scheme?

So far I have you supporting having the gov’t have access to our medical record, amnesty for illigals, belief in man made global warming and probably the cap and tax idea Newt has for that and also Al Sharptons education initiative. Since you are wildly spinning to prop Newt up on these issues, I guess you are in full support of them.

Good luck with that here at FR. Most of us find those things reprehensible.

Totally agree. If either of those two nitwits get into office, we are still going to have to keep our eye on them everyday, or they will pull some wish-washy liberal bs. However, for the most part, they will do the right thing.(for example, Dubya, who went on a stupid run of doing liberal stuff his second term, ports deals, supreme court, etc.,)

Newt wont win... He wont have a ground game... Its conservative activists like me who provide the ground game.

What’s worse is when you consider all that’s possible for Obama to take him down once he gets nominated.

-He declared divorce to his wife and was having an affair while she was in the hospital. I’ve known of politicians having affairs, but I have a hard time finding politicians acting as rudely as Mitt did. Even some Democrat, liberal jerk politicians I knew of in recent years actually bothered resigning instead of sticking around like Newt did. All I am saying is that it makes GOP/Conservative support for the guy look bad, if anyone thought supporting Cain is a liability, Newt is that same liability on steroids. I invite anyone to tell me and argue that somehow Clinton was worse, and I am ready to answer that quite quickly. I didn’t like Clinton, or his policies, but I don’t see how adding an extra element of rudeness in dumping your wife at the hospital, then being bad on paying some support to her and your own kids is much worse.

-He can’t handle his own balances. His campaign is already overspent, and he bounced 22 checks while he was in politics, he also was fined for ethics violations, (i.e. having some fun at taxpayers’ expense), and that was what he did as Speaker of the House. I on my conscience, will do whatever I can not to vote for Newt, because his performance as a politician is terrible, just masked by the fact that he is a good liar, and can both rehearse and B.S. his way through whatever it is he does.

I don’t like the available GOP candidates, but I refuse to be bought out by a talented liar, who I know all too well, by the name of Newt Gingrich.

“Frivolous children’s games eliminated, new games developed that emphasize law and order.”

If he’s against me playing the game called “mafia” at parties like I often set up, and people at parties love this game, I would say, screw you, Newt, for trying to discourage a game where you simulate how D.C. Politics works.

Well, John, Jesus will be king of the Earth, according to Revelation, whether everyone likes it or not, and as for me, I am fine with that happening ultimately.

It does. I will admit your few points made me laugh, and were quite entertaining, but here is what I have to say about Gingrich, and his record.

1) He was sued for not helping to pay some share of the utilities and bills following his divorce, whether the 1980 story of ditching his wife on the hospital bed is true or not, the fact that there was real court action on him not properly proceeding properly with settling his divorce, makes it sound true.

2) Bounced 22 checks while Speaker of the House. IOW, he outspent what was in his banking account while he was serving in political office, repeatedly.

3) Charged with 52 counts of ethics violations while speaker of the house, leading to his resignation as opposed to finding out if these charges were true. While Gingrich may, by a sliver of doubt, not have been involved, not fully facing up to the charges raises suspicion that he may really have been ethically irresponsible.

Again, why should I trust a man who can’t be responsible with his own checkbook with the power to exert partial control on Federal Spending with either signatures or vetoes, while sitting in the oval office? I really can’t. I dislike a great deal of what I have had to hear Obama say or do while in office, but I am still cautious before figuring that anyone but Obama is good news at the same time.

Newt, as I have gotten to know him, isn’t so much smart as he is a man who rehearses, and knows, just like any establishment politician does, that so long as you have a rehearsed set of words, and you present confidence, you can sound correct, even if what you say can’t be proven or is not solidly known by yourself.

Gingrich is Gingrich, and knowing him well enough, and how he has operated, it’s more than likely only going to serve the interests of the left in the long run, not because he is neccessarily so much in secret conspiracy with them, but the fact that he can be bought out and paid for in what he does, and he was bought out and paid for when in politics, and now people somehow think of “rewarding” him with an even higher office as well. Sorry, I don’t trust him with a higher office, and may not vote presidential, but still Congressional, after all, my little blue state is so full of morons that simply voting for someone different than the cycle of who has been sitting around in there would make me feel a whole lot better.
