Hawaii won’t send official confirmation of Obama’s birth to Arizona because it can’t

Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett is saying he is “stunned” that after eight weeks election officials in Hawaii still have not provided him with even so much as an Email confirming they have proper documentation on record regarding Barack Obama’s official birth certificate.

Because of their lack of official reply, Bennett is considering keeping Obama off of the Democrat ballot in Arizona! “For some reason they haven’t been willing to say yes,” the AZ SoS told radio talk show host Mike Broomhead.

Bennett said he’s received over 1,200 Emails from his state’s citizens asking him to require Barack Obama to produce an original birth certificate. “This is impossible to get,” because states only provide certified copies of the original document.

But the State of Hawaii apparently won’t even do that or even Email confirmation according to their new rule changes. “Hawaii can’t or won’t answer. . .do you have a birth certificate for this guy?” Bennett said.

In reply to Broomhead’s question: “Will you exclude the President from the ballot?”, the AZ official said that is a possibility, or he may ask all candidates to submit valid birth certificates. When CIR called both Bennett and his communications director, they both were either not at their desks or not in the office.

A commenter on this story said, “Why can’t this guy produce the real documents, college records, etc. Is he afraid to show he received financial aid as a foreign student?”

Florida‘s eligibility challenge is still alive with Attorney Larry E. Klayman representing Citizen Mike Voeltz in a case that already has gone through 19 preliminary motions, hearings, and filings, since being put on the docket of Judge Terry Lewis on 2-15-2012. Case No. 37 2012 CA 000467 has eight different attorneys…….

I will believe that Barack carried his father’s name throughout his life (except the period when he used his adoptive father Leto’s)for a reason, wrote book’s about “Dream’s from my Father” for a reason, and has presented to the world a BC that show’s BO Sr as his father. Why should doubt him? The reason is BO’s father is BO Sr.

Barack is ineligible to hold the Office of POTUS. All the evasions, lies, misdirection ect. won’t change the fact that he is not a Natural Born Citizen. “Yeah but, uh, uh, uh”....doesn’t cut it.

The local talk show host was big into the birth certificate issue. One day, abruptly, all talk of the BC ended with an announcement that it was no longer a topic of discussion. If anybody tried to bring it up, and many did, the call was quickly ended.

The reaction of the talk show host was such that it seemed not about losing a job but personal safety. That was my take on it anyway.

Bottom line: is Arizona “red” or “blue”? If the former, then the Obama has no need to burn the political capital just to lose the state anyway. If he’s not gonna win it, spin it.

McCain’s Natural born Citizen status is a red herring. It does not apply to Obama because McCain was born to two citizen parents. The problem as far I can see is that the two Citizen requirement is not that clear. This is why if we accept for the moment his birth in Hawaii, he can maintain that he is a Natural Born Citizen. And there are courts who would rule in his favor.

If Barrack Hussen Obama was in fact born in Kenya to a non a US Citizen Father, there is no way even the far left could successfully argue that he could be a Natural Born Citizen.

So IMHO we need to keep focusing on the birth certificate.

You can believe what you want, but I can’t forget the nude pictures of Stanley Ann taken the month she became pregnant with her son. Don’t forget that Frank Marshall Davis was a professional photographer and had the means to develop his own film (the Commie newspaper where he worked). Had he dropped that film off at the local drug store they would have called the police on him. The time frame fits perfectly with the pornographic novel he published about seducing a white girl named “Anne”. Only the girl’s age and the spelling of her name were changed.

Frank Marshall Davis photos Scroll down. I've seen these photos before (without the black modesty tape). The reason I can date them is that there are Christmas decorations visible in the background of one of them. I've never seen the one with the 2nd woman before, and I wonder if that is Davis' wife -- the Chicago socialite? She looks a litle bit like her. I think her name was Virginia. She was supposed to have been involved in the seduction of the teen described in "Sex Rebel - Black", Davis' scurrilous book. BTW, I knew nothing about this movie which bolsters my suspicions. I've come to these questions as a result of reading a great deal about BHO from many different sources.

That is your opinion. However, I take natural born to mean a citizen from birth as opposed to a naturalized American Citizen. What you are attempting to portray is a 3rd category of American citizen. You are taking the Birther situation to a new length to say that even if Obama was born in the USA, he is not American enough. In the case of someone who was raised by a disgruntled American in about as foreign an environment as one could get, I see the point, though not the rationale. The electorate bears a responsibility to elect someone who will reflect strong American Values. Rubio on the other hand was born in the USA, raised in the USA and is a 110% Patriot. I frankly think this argument is intended to keep Rubio out despite having let Obama in.

my opinion ... and that of the founders. it was discussed in the federalist papers and the reason the language was changed from simply ‘citizen’ to ‘natural born citizen’

their intention, again, as stated by the founders, was to insure that the person who would assume the office did no have simple allegiences, at least by birth

the term was not invented by the founders. it was in common use then, as well as today.
