Thursday is Jane Fondas 80th birthday, and its a great time to remember her disgusting propaganda trip to North Vietnam in 1972.
For those who dont know or may have forgotten, Fonda infamously visited North Vietnam during the war. She allowed herself to be photographed among the communist soldiers, and on anti-aircraft weapons, something which she later claimed to regret.
However, Hanoi Janes explanation of the situation and her visit hardly excused her actions. She wrote the following:

Always saw those images until I went in two different VFW’s (never did serve) and they were in each toilet. Nice!
Traitorous LIB loser. Why hasn’t she been strung-up for her perfidy?
I was flying Hueys in RVN when Fonda Bitch went to Hanoi.
But my hatred of that traitor didn’t really kick in until the POWs came home in 1973 and the bitch called them “hypocrites and liars” when they told how brutally they had been tortured by the communists.
Eighty years old and still unassassinated? Fonda Bitch made a pact with Satan decades ago. It’s a crying shame that less than a third of Vietnam veterans are alive today while this evil witch is still stealing oxygen.
I hope to maybe get to flying lessons this year.
It’s been a “something” every year for the past several.
Be my luck that the helicopter school closes.

I really miss those, but I didnt miss them at the time.
Jane is an old lady of 80.
When she did/said whatever she did, she was young and foolish- and yes STUPID. She was under the influence of her stupid leftist boyfriend or husband- and who knows; she might have been advised by her publicity agent to do whatever she did. Some will do anything to keep their client's name before the public. She said she didn't fully realize what was happening. She said she was sorry, and I think she really is.
It is Christian to forgive. Can't we forgive her and let it go?
