Repeatedly, FR moderators have moved TOP postings related to current NEWS and calls for conservative ACTIVISM from the News and Activism section, over to "blogger's and personal" which has no traffic by comparison.
I fully understand Jim Robinson's original purpose in launching FR, to provide a community in which conservatives could get TRUTH not available in the MSM, information not available in the MSM and access to fellow conservatives so that we could work together towards a conservative agenda.
Yet time after time, FR moderators bury this information over in "blogger's and personal" and kill story after story, vital to the conservative movement.
Why?
Without a change in this policy, I am through posting to FR. The moderators on FR have less sense than the moderators on DU, where they at least work to bury the opposition, instead of themselves.
What gives? Anyone understand this self-defeating policy?

I once went to DU in order to be a sleeper...hehe. I signed up and posted something, it wasn’t anything major just to get my foot in the door. I must have given myself away because, I was banned almost immediately. No problem, I’ll just sign up under a different name...nope you would have to change your computer in order to do this-they have the sophisticated banning...and not cookies either.

My patience is gone now. You complain that the authors you like aren't given the respect they deserve, well frankly, the judgment and comments you've shown on this thread would make me question any recommendation you give. Why should this site give JB Williams, for example, the same respect we give people who have earned it like Michelle Malkin? Other than throw some redundant words down that we have heard from thousands of others, what makes him special? On top of that, he seems to generate whiny fans, so why would we want more of that?
If your recommendations are going to just generate all this whining and bitching, I move we all just ignore them completely. Michelle Malkin, TownHall, Atlas and others don't need whiners to promote them.

Most of us just use Latest Posts so it doesn't matter which forum a thread is posted to; if its hot, its hot, if its not its not.
