There should be summary execution for people like this. Arrange a ury, have a trial, and also allow for appeals. The guy should be dead within a week.

I’m pushing 60 and I’m childless. These sort of events hit me hard. I can not imagine the pain this angel’s mom and dad must be feeling.

I assume the dead child was not the daughter of a Democratic politician, immigration lawyer, professional illegal immigration activist, chamber of commerce president, Wall Street Journal editorial writer or a member of the Bush family. Just another death among we the riffraff. Merely an unfortunate byproduct of keeping labor costs low.
Wow, Souix City has a virtually non-existent crime rate. I remember when we went there about 15 years ago, the front page was worried about the recent “Crime Spree”. Someone was busting windows out in cars in downtown area. Not stealing anything, just busting the windows. We were like, wow, that’s a crime spree?

At least Nebraska still has a death penalty and continues to use the electric chair. I would expect this guy’s conviction for capital murder to come very quickly. Sadly his execution will be delayed for years by appeals.
