If Republicans reject Sarah Palin, we don't deserve to win

Posted on 08/04/2010 2:07:38 PM PDT by se_ohio_young_conservative

To all who support Sarah Palin.

Please do not support or send money to anyone that rejects her in the future. Do not support the RNC. Send your money to SarahPac.

To all of those who don't support Sarah Palin.

I am seeing far too many people buy into the idea that she is not ready to be President. My question is this, What more does she have to do to be ready ? She already has excutive experiance. She is a great leader. I see no reason that she could not be a great President. What makes you think that she is not electable ? If the economy is still bad, ANY REPUBLICAN will win.

If she runs and the party rejects her, we don't deserve to win an election ever again.

This fall, please press your local candidates for their opinion of Sarah Palin. Make phone calls. If you sense they are rejecting her in any way, do not vote for them. She is a perfect litmus test. We have to fight and win this war within our party ASAP. My fear is that we will end up with too many anti Palin Republicans in positions of power. We have to put a stop to that.

When they say she in not ready to be President. That is code talk for "Shes too stupid"

The woman is not stupid. And shame on conservatives who believe she is. I hope she gets the last laugh.

“but not one of them has the moxie, the nerve, or the following that Palin has...she ain’t skeered!”

Yes, there is one. Try to check out online some speeches of Herman Cain at tea parties or conservative conferences, as well as his resume (great education and a truly remarkable career.) He fought cancer against all odds, and won. He’s got the moxie, the nerve, a growing following, maturity and wisdom. He “ain’t skeered” in the least...and in every way, he could clean BHO’s clock. Whether he decides to run or not, I’d give anything just to see him debate “the One”.

"But every time I ask someone why they have that opinion, I never get a logical answer. So why ?"

If I may respectfully interject, the answer is because the MSM has been so successful in painting her as a "right-wing" extremist, rather than the Constitutional patriot she is, and therefore has little chance of winning against the Dims and their MSM-backed machine. The historical benefits of our heritage of our Constitutional principles simply don't exist in so many minds.

It is becoming more clear by the day that an increasing percentage of the American populace wants more and more Fedgov stuff, and will probably continue to grow until key STATES say enough! STATES' RIGHTS IS THE ONLY WAY BACK! I've been preaching this for years.

Governor Palin says no to the "gimmes". She tries to articulate why the growing socialist leviathan will ultimately be bad for ALL, but other than us Constitutionalists/Conservatives, few are listening...and again, to the success of the MSM not supporting the ideals and values that made this Nation the envy of the World.

Wishful thinking: A Republican "stealth candidate" who runs on a moderate platform to bring the squishy middle in and take the WH. Then, he/she forsakes his moderate campaign rhetoric and does what he can to restore Constitutional principles, while risking a second term.

Personally, I can't think of any who would have the "cojones" to do such, other than Palin and a couple of others. Even then, I don't trust any politician as far as I can throw them. BTW, Newt and Mitt and Huckabe, don't even think about it in 2012.

You have my phone number.
I would like to talk to you and clear up your personally insulting accusations and misunderstandings.

I don't have your stupid phone number and your position is pretty clear.

I have to admit that you have been pretty funny, though.

Well, I don't think Palin is stupid, nor do I hate anyone. The God I serve forbids that.

Lose hope? at your age? You have my sympathy for losing hope at what? 24 you said? You might ought to read the Book of Job if you have no hope.

I am 81 years. Seen and lived through many tramatic times in my years, never did I lose hope for a better day.

I'm beginning to agree with others here, you are trying to damage Palin, not help her.

It’s not about hating Sarah. She’s a book author and a Fox News contributor. That’s not the best resume for the leader of the free world.

“not Presidential material” is a kind way to say that she is not smart enough for the job.

How else should I take it ?

Oh, man. Another Conservative who wants to tell me what to do.
I’ll support anyone I want to—and maybe just because you are behaving like a horse’s patoot.

You are right, Palin is NOT stupid. Is that really the fight you are fighting right now? I don’t see that many people at FR calling her stupid.

There are plenty of beltway/RNC bluebloods that are trying to disparage her, but that is because she is a threat to them.

However, it does not mean that we all have to make her the nominee for POTUS. Heck, she may not even run.

Nominations have to be earned. She hasn’t done that yet.

if you think that is all she has in her resume, you really need to do some research and not stop relying on Journalist.

Good luck getting through life with a defeatist attitude like that.
