CLEVELAND (AP) -- Ohio Rep. Dennis Kucinich (koo-SIN'-ich) has settled a lawsuit against a Capitol Hill cafeteria over a split tooth he says he suffered when he bit into an olive pit in a sandwich wrap.

Kucinich said Friday the lawsuit was settled for an undisclosed amount that reflects out-of-pocket costs.

The lawsuit filed in January in Washington had sought $150,000 in damages from companies involved with the Longworth House Office Building cafeteria.

She knows the game. She's into it for the life time security riding the gubmint gravy train once he's no longer on earth. He might get the last laugh if he lives to be a hundred.

That's a mighty proud smile on his face because of the trophy on his arm. He must love that ... Mexican flag.

But staffers complain that there’s not enough variety in the value meals

Any customer can have a car painted any colour that he wants so long as it is black.

When I was working in Rosslyn there was this sandwich joint downstairs in our building. Back in those days I could still eat bread sometimes, but you could get the fixings salad style.

The guy had a menuboard like a Greek restaurant ~ must have been 50 different versions of everything you'd like on a sandwich.

$3.50 for top quality stuff, plus chips. Drinks were extra.

He had a young lady just past the cash register who would help you wrap up your sandwich ~ didn't speak English, but remember that first big movie with Antonio Banderas ~ Zoro? His co-star was Catherine Zeta-Jones and that's who the young lady wrapping sandwiches resembled ~ ONLY BETTER.

Lines started at opening at 10:30 AM and continued on past 2:00 PM, and sometimes later.

I have no idea where all those guys came from but some of them bought 2 and 3 sandwiches!

The Capitol Building could do worse than just hire him and his crew in!

Chances are the tooth had a crack or weak spot in it already.

Bingo. He is a vegan, which means he gets his protein from soy and peanut butter. And his calcium comes from, um, I don't know. Maybe supplement pills.

The point is that vegans have notoriously weak teeth and bones. They are also often anemic.

More likely his "wife" is.

I didn't say for whom.

"Dennis says to me, ‘I’ve never seen myself as time-bound...."

That's Kucinich alright. Bound by neither the constraints of time or sanity.

I think there should be a good balance between meat and vegetables in any person’s diet.

Maybe I could have gotten my expenses back for the thousands of dollars I spent on a crown for a front tooth. I bit down on a piece of nut shell and broke my tooth off so badly that I had to have a crown, I must have hit it exactly right to do that much damage. BTW, I was eating ice cream! I never thought about suing anyone because it was my own cotton picking fault to begin with.

If your wife describes you in any way using the word ancient, you have already lost the argument.

LOL. Funny. My very favorite kind of ice cream is black walnut and those shells are hard. I like the usual flavors——strawberry, peach, vanilla but there is just something about that BW which says childhood to me. We use to make it a lot when I was a kid. We had a huge bw tree outside the backyard fence. We use to climb to the top of that thing. The wind would be blowing us back and forth. God really had to be looking out for all of us because we never fell. I look back on a lot of things we did as kids and I wonder how all of us made it out alive. We had a storage room out there too. We use to climb up on top of it and slide down the tin roof. Ah, the good ole days.
