A biology teacher has been arrested for having sex with a 16-year-old boy in her classroom.
Amy Renee Schilling is alleged to have developed a close relationship with the ninth grade pupil at the RL Turner High School in Carrollton, near Dallas, giving him rides home from school and slipping an iPhone in his backpack as a gift.
The 33-year-old was caught after a cleaner walked in on her and the student lying on a couch together in her classroom, it is reported.
The Texas teacher had been reprimanded by the school for sending inappropriate text messages to another student earlier this year, according to police.
Schilling was arrested on Friday and charged with sexually assaulting a child after she abruptly resigned from the school three weeks ago when she was questioned about her relationship with the teenager.
The pupil told police that he had become close to the teacher and that they had discussed 'past relationships and Amy's previous marriage'.
Schilling had surprised him in May by buying him an iPhone and slipping it into his backpack as 'a gift for making good grades on his tests', it is claimed.
The pair allegedly had sex after watching a movie together after school on a couch in her classroom. The boy had leaned over and kissed Schilling during the film, he told police.

Wow! Curiously, I majored in Heavy Petting with a minor in Doggy Style.
Look: it is absolutely wrong for teachers to take sexual advantage of minors. We all know that. But in all honesty, I also know that when I was 16, I would have hit her so hard that they’d have to reset the Atomic Clock.
MySpace? Geez. Even the founders of MySpace don’t use MySpace anymore......
Okay...we’re making a a joke about a fairly serious situation. We understand that. We all know that she did something very wrong in nailing this under-age student.
It IS wrong. She SHOULD be punished to the fullest extent of the law. It is SAD that ANY teacher would take advantage of a student, male OR female.
That being said...I doubt seriously that we’ll be ceasing making said jokes anytime soon. It’s HUMOR...sometimes the only way to deal with the crap going on around us. Being serious all the time turns you into a sourpuss. ‘Nuff said.
All that is true. Personally I like couches in classrooms, as long as sex is banned but naps allowed. Public schools are NOT the proper place for sex ed. And sex ed used to be for the purposes of inspiring healthy in-marriage sex, that is LICENSED sex. License means a permit.
And also to explain the process of pregnancy and childbirth, so that the next generation could be created safely. And also to PROMOTE healthy marriage and respect for it. For within a marriage, a marriage of one man to one woman, strong, sane, healthy children to populate the next generation are produced, and the common human deficiencies of a man alone, or a woman alone, are best corrected. Marriage promotes sanity, good health, wealth, long-life. Without marriage, many individuals live more impoverished, unhealthy, less productive and shorter lives statistically speaking.
A society that encourages and respects marriage, that PROTECTS it, is a vibrant, healthy and long-lived society just for doing that.
Yes a society must be able to and is highly meritorious for banned all forms of unlicensed sex.
Those who cheer pretty sexy teachers “NOT GUILTY”, are male, for it is a male thing to celebrate such characteristics in a woman they see, but on the other hand they are not men. Men are adults, they understand the duty of a man to society and it’s proper functioning.
They are childish, animalistic. And not just Moses would say that, we can go down the list of great MEN in history and find that the great majority would not look too kindly on the excited public comments we see on these threads. It’s kind of like how misbehaved dogs hump poles and human legs.
A society must be able to and is highly meritorious for banning all forms of unlicensed sex.
Or, it could be that winking at criminal student rape by some posters is that because culturally they've "bought in" to what our culture offers up 24/7 and have become CINOs to some degree.
Oh, sure they still buy in plenty to the moral capital as taught to them by their parents, churches, and former churches...but were they to export these same opinions in churches -- or had they exported these opinions in their parents' day -- they would be properly regarded as cultural liberals to a high degree.
First of all, come down off the mountain, Moses.
Why? Am I missing the golden calf party & orgy you're attendin' (or throwin') on another thread w/ "hot female" biology educators" having sex on couches with their students?
Oh, btw: When posters find new ways to accuse others to stop injecting righteousness into the culture -- as your lame try via "come down off the mountain, Moses" attempts to do -- somehow you fail to see the irony in that. You're basically taking a supposed morally preferred elitist posture and clamping down upon somebody else's sense of morality; notice your command to adjust the moral elevation. The ironic thing is that in order to do that, you first needed to mount your pulpit...your own lower-elevation "mountain"...in order to give your edict to come down off the mountain.
Sorry, Grunthor. We all have platforms of various "elevations." Some use it to inject righteousness into a culture; others use it to heighten fantasies about female educators having sex with students.
Hey, I'm not a dog.
I'm a Laz.
Hey!! Is that a drawing of a horn dog?
I used to let mine out pretty often. Now... not so much.
NEA and AFT union mandate.
Let's go out on a date. Give us a kiss, love! I've got your knickers!
A teacher with a savings account doesn’t have as deep of pockets as the Catholic Church.
The school districts and teachers’ unions need to be sued.
(Are you that gay?)
Oh baby! Don't stop! I'm almost there!

Will you at least crossdress for me?
You are a Laz. The Laz.
(not happenin')
Were you male and 16?
I shudder to think of the good I could have done mankind had I not had to endure puberty.
I speak for most males when I say that there should be some sort of search for a cure.
When I was 10, I wanted to be a nuclear physicist. 12 came and BAM, here I am 45 and spreading pixie dust for the tilt-a-whirl.
As a 16 year old boy, ANY port in the storm would have sufficed, and it is a MIRACLE that many of us aren’t dead or have more illegitimate children than we already do.
I say this as a committed Christian. I think the jokes about stuff like this are hilarious, because in point of fact, if a teacher with this kind of looks decided to provide extra help after school there isn’t a single kid in any class I’ve ever had that wouldn’t show up.
They would take it into adulthood and they’d remember it fondly AS LONG AS THE INCIDENT WAS ONE TIME AND NEVER HAPPENED AGAIN.
And this is the problem. The teacher would own that kid until he was 30 and beyond, lock, stock, and barrel. That’s the serious and dangerous part, to stipulate all of that.
Now, and again, stipulating the above, at 16 I would have hit it so hard that the time-space continuum would have folded in on itself, making interstellar travel practical in our day.
Good point.
These are similar positions of trust, and while some teachers and staff are proactive at observing the tell-tales and stopping out these situations before they cross the line, the general amorality of modern secular education, combined with the current fad of not judging others in these matters (note that judgmentalism is still as strong as ever, it just is applied to faddish and socially destructive PC themes), means that modern sexual predator teachers have the kind of unchecked, beyond suspicion access to prey that priests are given by the most religious.
Maybe suits against districts and unions are the proper reaction. At the least it would help allow education alternatives to get started, by tying down the unions in lawfare.
