Not mentioned, but this movie was spoofed by Andy Kaufman, entitled, “My Breakfast with Blassie.” He sat down with “Classy” Freddie Blassie, the famed wrestler. This was funny stuff. I believe you can watch it on YouTube.

Skip Dinner with Andre and watch 'Dinner Rush.' It is one of my favorites.

Thanks for reminding me of two of the most wasted and worthless hours of my life. I may have to track you down and force you to watch “Benji the Hunted” which in subjective time is 15 times longer than any Eisenstein film.

The creative team of MDWA got together some thirteen years later and made “Vanya on 42nd Street” which is awesome and one of the most affecting American feature films of the 1990s. It just came out on DVD.
